Since starting, my child has absolutely been thriving, it’s been so nice to see how quickly he settled in. Every day when we get home, all he wants to do is talk about his educators and what they did together. You can tell he has built such a strong connection with them already, which means a lot to us. He always looks like he’s had the best time, and drop-offs are so easy, no tears, just straight in and ready for his day. That alone gives me so much confidence and shows how comfortable and happy he feels there. It really gives you peace of mind knowing you can trust the people caring for your child. Couldn’t be happier

We recently joined KidsClub and I just wanted to say how lovely all the staff are. From day one they’ve been so kind, welcoming and genuinely caring, it really makes a difference when you’re leaving your child somewhere new. I loved how thoughtful their learning spaces are. Everything is set up with purpose, inviting and engaging for the children, and you can tell a lot of planning goes into creating those environments. It just feels like a place where children are truly supported to learn and feel comfortable at the same time. Really happy with our experience so far.

You can tell she genuinely cares. The centre itself feels so warm and welcoming, and what stood out the most was how calm and happy all the children were, it just felt right straight away. My son only started this week and he already loves it, which says everything! He comes home talking about his day and is actually excited to go in the morning. Their activities and program are amazing too, lots of variety, really engaging, and you can see how much thought goes into it. So happy we chose KidsClub, it’s been such a smooth transition for our family.

From the moment I arrived, the personalised staff displays including the centre chef reflected a strong focus on connection and community, supporting relationships between educators, children, and families. The leadership team has clearly prioritised educator wellbeing, with thoughtfully designed spaces that help staff feel valued and supported. This was evident in the positive interactions I observed throughout the service. The nursery room showcased rich, meaningful documentation, including the music program demonstrating the time, skill, and care invested in children’s learning. Room layouts were intentional, with clear areas for rest and play, and the outdoor environments were well designed to support both safety and engagement. I particularly appreciated the focus on children’s rights and individual profiles, highlighting how well educators know each child. A beautiful, high-quality service, I highly recommend booking a tour.

After about a week, our child was already saying how much they loved going to kindergarten. Communication with the centre has also been smooth, with quick and helpful replies.

Having many opportunities to speak with the manager, I can truly feel how much she is loved by every single child, and how deeply she loves them in return. The staff members are also incredibly kind and professional, making it a wonderful environment for me to work in as well. I highly recommend this place!

Both my kids go to Kids Club Hamilton and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the place. The educators there are really warm, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about the kids. There’s always plenty set up for the children, whether it’s indoor activities or outdoor play, so they’re always engaged and learning. Both my kids are always excited to get there in the morning, which says a lot. I’m greeted at the front desk every day by management with a friendly smile, and they always keep me in the loop about how my kids’ day has been. It’s always comforting knowing your children are in a safe and positive environment where they feel loved and appreciated. I couldn’t recommend this centre highly enough.

Our family attended Kids’ Club on Clarence Street for about two years, and the time we spent there has been some of our very best memories. There are many things I would recommend, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the curriculum, but what I value most is the high level of the educators. They showed genuine care and affection for my child and were always warm and supportive toward me as a parent. Even though I sometimes worry about my language skills, they consistently kept me informed about my child’s progress. I would like to express my deepest gratitude and respect to Jamie, Liz, Cecilia, Ivy, Yourim, June, Jenny, Lauren, and Caroline. Thanks to Kids’ Club, my child has grown into a confident, kind-hearted little person. It is very sad for us to graduate from this center. I sincerely hope that Kids’ Club Clarence Street continues to be a daycare loved by everyone for years to come. 😊
