My boys have been going to Natural Elements since 2019. They both made the best friends and the most amazing connections with the educators. The food served for my boys was top shelf, they always came back super full!!! Never had any issues, we will miss this place very much. Thank you for caring for my children.

Highly recommend. Our boy has been going here for the last 4 years. The teachers are amazing. Lovely facility too. Modern and always so clean with new games and fun stuff for the kids set up everyday. The food is super healthy too; each morning fresh fruit is being served up as you drop your child there for the day. It's a wonderful daycare. Couldn't recommend it enough. 10/10.

I was in negotiations to send my child here but withdrew the enrolment. Despite this, and despite the fact that my child never set foot in this centre, they withdrew $95 from my account and have yet to repay it. I would not recommend this centre to prospective parents. Very inappropriate and unacceptable.

I can not thank the amazing staff enough for all the dedication and care both my sons have had over the past 3 years while attending Natural Elements Pottsville. One of my sons is neurodivergent and the effort and support they showed our family while we found our path with him has been above what we could have ever have expected from a centre. They even brought him his own box full to the rim with sensory toys to promote his self regulation. Brittany continually puts herself out to make any process easier. She, along with the educators have become like our little extended family. We are so sad to be saying goodbye as my youngest goes off to ‘big school’ next year. I hope the staff know how much of a difference you make in our little community. Thankyou for everything xxx

The team at Natural Elements have been phenomenal to our Family, and honestly feel like part of the Family. They keep us informed of our son’s care throughout the day and let us know how he is doing regularly to enable constancy. They diligently follow any instructions or changes to our son’s routine and ultimately have eased the mum guilt that comes with sending your kids to care. A special mention to Peta, Brittany, Emily, Alani and Alissa who make us feel comfortable and we hope to be in our son’s life forever. They are the kindest and most caring people who make our son laugh and further his education, we trust wholeheartedly.

Such a lovely and amazing centre. Both my kids have been attending since they were babies and the staff have always treated my kids with love and respect. Both my kids have struggled at times with drop offs and also have some really early starts and long days and the teachers have helped us out so much with these. The kids love all the educators so much. Britt has always been so helpful to us and has gone above and beyond to shuffle things around as our schedules change.

My son has been going to this daycare since he was nine months old. The staff have been so welcoming, attentive and supportive. He also loves going and loves his teachers. Cannot recommend this daycare enough!

My son has been attending Natural Elements for over four years, and I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire team for creating such a supportive and nurturing environment. Each day is filled with engaging activities that my son thoroughly enjoys, from Playball and Bush Kindy to Bupa visits, wildlife shows, and more. The centre even collaborates with the neighbouring swim school to offer swim lessons, where all staff are fully qualified to work with children, ensuring safety and requiring parental permission for pick-up. As our time at Natural Elements comes to an end, the staff has made the transition to primary school exciting for my son and far less overwhelming for me. I only wish we could take them along with us on this next chapter.

Natural Elements is the best early learning experience that we’ve had for our kids. Our youngest takes time to warm up to new places and people, and the care and attention that all of the educators provide - and still provide, now that he’s part of the furniture - was amazing. This daycare is amazing. It feels more like a family than a large daycare centre. We’ve had our girls attend from both a young age. The centre handles any issues with professionalism and are great with communication. The educators are all so incredible and Brittany and Sandy always go above and beyond. Both our girls struggle at times with drop off’s, and there is always supportive educators there that make the situation so much easier for our children and also us as parents. Highly recommend
