My daughter has been attending this centre for a few months and she absolutely loves it.

I always say, the best measure of a good kindergarten is whether your child is excited to go in the morning. We're so lucky—ours runs straight into the teachers' arms with a smile every single day. Thank you for giving her such a sense of security. And thank you for the timely app updates—seeing his happy moments during our workday is the best pick-me-up.

We had toured many daycare centres and were still deciding which one to enrol our baby boy in, but from the moment we walked into Joyvilla Daycare for a tour, we just knew it was the right fit for our family.<br><br>Our son has been attending since he was 16 months old, and it has been such a positive<br>experience watching him settle in and grow in confidence.<br><br>The centre manager, Rowena, is hands down one of the best people to interact with—warm, professional, and genuinely caring. She immediately gave us confidence that our son would be in great hands. Not to forget the rest of the team at Joyvilla Daycare, who have all been consistently supportive, attentive, and wonderful.<br><br>A special mention as well to the educators Nicole, Alka, Chloe, Sophie, Sarah, Ruja, and Dilu—they have all been amazing. My son absolutely loves interacting with them, and it’s clear how much care and effort they put into helping him learn and grow each day.<br><br>Our son has truly thrived under their care and continues to develop so much more than we could have hoped for. We’re incredibly grateful for everything the team does and the love they show our child.

The environment at Joy Villa is excellent, and the teachers are all very friendly and caring toward the children. My baby never had any issues with nappy rash while attending because the staff changed nappies promptly and regularly. There is also a wide variety of daily activities, and my daughter especially loves the music classes. They often organize multicultural activities as well, which are both fun and enriching for the children.

Outstanding Childcare – Highly Recommended!<br><br>Our children transitioned to Joy Villa around Christmas 2025 from another childcare centre, and it has been the best decision we’ve ever made.<br><br>After touring 6 or 7 centres in the local area, Joy Villa stood out immediately for its exceptional hygiene and care. It is the only centre we visited where shoes must be removed before entering the baby room. The cleanliness here is truly reassuring.<br><br>The educators are incredibly warm, patient, and professional. They genuinely take the time to understand each individual child and their family, creating a very supportive environment.<br><br>Another absolute highlight is the food. The centre has a uniquely designed menu with fresh, delicious meals. The chefs get so creative, cutting fruit into fun shapes like caterpillars and Christmas trees, which the kids absolutely love!<br><br>Considering the top-tier quality of care, the value for money is unbeatable—it is honestly miles ahead of our previous childcare which cost $190+ a day. I cannot recommend Joy Villa highly enough to any local families!

Highly recommend this childcare centre. My son has been attending since he was 10 months old, and it has truly been such a lovely place for him. The educators are kind, dedicated, and create a warm and caring environment for the children. It has become a second home for my baby. The Best!!! We found this hidden gem after spending weeks going around and interviewing. Centre manager (Ms Rowena) immediately caught our attention with her detailed explanation of the centre and how the centre schedules have been designed for our little ones. Teachers at this kinder are very attentive and constantly encourages kids to explore through play. These days, our little one wants to go to kinder even on weekends. That shows how much fun he is having and how safe he feels with his teachers. Thanks a lot Ms Rowena, Ms Zoe and Ms Nicole.

Truly recommend this childcare to all the parents who are looking for a frindly, patient and attractive care for the chidren. Our family have tried a few childcare services before, I would like to say this is the best one we have ever attened as the staff did a really great with the transition with timely updates for our son. Also, I do love the sensory and practical life activities that they provide, such as grinding coffee beans, practicing hand-eye coordination by making tea, and pretend play like giving a baby doll a bath. Even this is a new center, but the educators here are very experienced. Some of them has worked together before for over five years. I feel confident knowing my son is being after by a professional and caring team.

I feel so grateful to have found Joy Villa for my child as his childcare centre. My child used to be very shy around strangers, but since starting here, he has become so cheerful and lively. The school provides plenty of delicious food, ensuring they eat, play, and sleep well. The environment is very comfortable too. Everyday the moment we arrive at school and see the teachers, my child gets so excited. It’s clear he is being very well cared for. The staff is incredibly hospitable; their friendly greetings create a warm, 'home-away-from-home' atmosphere. I also appreciate the daily progress reports from the teachers. It gives me such peace of mind while I’m at work. Finding Joy Villa was a blessing. It’s the perfect environment for my child, and I couldn't be happier with our choice.
