The location of Play & Learn is very convenient for our family, as it is close to our son's primary school. We use their After School Care service during the school term and Vacation Care during the school holidays.<br><br>The centre is new, modern, and well-maintained, but what really stands out is the wonderful educators who are great with the kids. It's also lovely to see the centre consistently kept clean and tidy.<br><br>Most importantly, since switching to Play & Learn, our son has never complained about going to After School Care or Vacation Care, which really says a lot about how much he enjoys being there!

Upon first meeting the Approved Provider Ros and Manager Bec I was so warmly welcomed. Both Ros and Bec clearly pride themselves on ensuring their service embodies a sense of ‘belonging’ for the children and families alike.<br>With amazing resources and environments along with Educators who are inspiring to see with their approaches with the children has to be seen to be believed.<br>Diversity is embraced and celebrated and such nurturing pedagogies where the child comes first is beautiful to see each time I come into this service.<br>Amazing work team!

Our experience with Play and Learn Victoria Park has been absolutely wonderful! We visited several daycare centers before choosing one, and this center truly stood out to us because of its spacious environment, high ceilings, ample outdoor space, and playground. We love that the children have plenty of room to play, explore, and enjoy time outdoors rather than being confined indoors all day.<br><br>Since this was our first time being away from our child after spending the first three years of her life together, it was only natural for us to feel worried and anxious at first. However, after meeting Ross, the owner, and her amazing staff, Bec and Pinky, we knew we had found the right place for our little one! Ross treats the children as if they were her own grandchildren, and Bec and Pinky are equally wonderful. Our child doesn’t warm up to other people easily, but she feels so comfortable and at ease with them. Their warmth, positive energy, and family-friendly approach make the center feel like a second home.<br><br>What we also truly appreciate is how receptive and supportive they are whenever we share concerns about our child’s development. They take the time to listen, address our concerns, and offer helpful advice and practical tips. Their genuine care and willingness to work with parents mean so much to us.<br><br>On top of all that, they are also flexible with scheduling and are happy to accommodate changes as long as they are given sufficient notice, which is a huge plus for busy families!<br><br>Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Play and Learn Victoria Park. Leaving your child in someone else’s care for the first time can be daunting, but Ross, Bec, and Pinky have made the transition so much easier for our family. We have been taking our son to Victoria Park Play & Learn for 4 months now. From our first visit we appreciated the quiet corner of a busy suburb that the centre inhabits, the facilities themselves, and the peaceful garden/play area that the children can play in. Speaking to management on that first visit, through our sign up, and reading through the contents of the welcome pack, the care being put in became evident and filled us with confidence. That feeling of confidence has remained and carried strongly through these months. We've thoroughly enjoyed working with staff, past and present through teary morning drop offs and excited pickups. The journals and pictures put through on the app are such a joy to read through. We love reading about our little man's day on the Daily Communications, whether its sleeps, feeds, or morning teas - his little life outside of us. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Ros and her team take wonderful care of our two children. We have peace of mind knowing they are safe, engaged and cared for. Staff also go the extra mile to make the experience for every family feel special and personalised. Thank you!

Victoria Park Play & Learn is an excellent child care centre. The owner and manager, Roslyn, is wonderful. She is welcoming, professional and clearly cares about both the children and their families.<br>What sets this centre apart is its flexibility. There are options to suit all kinds of families, including arrangements for fly-in fly-out workers, so you don't have to enrol your child full time. Half-day sessions are also available, which makes it much easier to fit care around your schedule.<br>The pricing is very reasonable and not expensive compared to other centres. The building itself is in excellent condition, clean and well maintained.

We have had a really positive experience with Play and Learn. What really stood out to us was how accommodating Ros was before my daughter even started. She allowed us to visit the centre every day for a week before her official start date, which gave my daughter the opportunity to become familiar with the environment, educators, and routine at her own pace. This made a big difference in helping her feel safe and settled.<br><br>The only challenge we experienced was that my daughter’s two main educators left about two months after she started due to their visas expiring. It was difficult for her to adjust to the change, especially after forming a bond with them. However, I understand that recruiting and retaining long-term educators can be challenging for childcare centr<br><br>Overall, we are very grateful to Ros and the team at Play and Learn for the care and support they have given our daughter. The effort they put into helping children settle in is something we really appreciate. Thank you for making our daughter’s first childcare experience such a positive one! ❤️
