We have been happy with the care and support our son has received since starting at the centre seven months ago. entire team has been kind, caring and supportive towards him, and we genuinely appreciate the effort each educator puts into making him feel safe and comfortable.<br><br>I would particularly like to share some feedback regarding Tahlia moving to another centre. From the very beginning, our son developed a very special bond with Tahlia. He felt extremely comfortable and secure with her, and he would rarely cry when I dropped him off on the days she was working. Even at home, when we mentioned her name, he would become very excited. As a mother, seeing that connection gave me such a huge sense of relief because I knew he had someone at care whom he trusted and felt very safe with.<br><br>I actually planned some of his care days around the days Tahlia was working because I knew how much he enjoyed being with her.<br><br>We were therefore quite sad to find out, with only four days' notice, that Tahlia was moving to another centre. I completely understand that staff changes and transfers happen, and I have nothing but respect for the decisions made by the centre. I just wish we could have been given a little more notice, where possible, so that we could mentally prepare ourselves and help our son prepare for such a significant change.<br><br>At the same time, I want to emphasise that this feedback is in no way a reflection of the other educators. They have all been lovely, caring and patient with our son, and we are very grateful for the way they continue to support him. Every educator brings something different and special to his experience at care, and we truly appreciate all of them.<br>Our son has now been attending for seven months and still finds saying goodbye to me difficult. Hopefully, with time, he will become more confident and one day happily wave me goodbye and walk into care without tears. We know that the educators around him will continue to support him with patience, kindness and understanding.<br>Thank you to the whole team for caring for our little boy and for everything you do for him. We are incredibly grateful to the team at Little Learners Place Hilbert for the exceptional care they have provided to our daughter. Being new to the center, we were naturally a bit anxious about how she would settle in, but the educators and staff welcomed her with such warmth and patience.🥰 ​What has impressed us most is their genuine commitment to her individual development. This is centre is amazing! It's so welcoming and the staff always go above and beyond for the children. To make the space fun and happy, taking extra time to make each and every child feel included, loved and is comfortable. I would especially like to mention Tahlia and Elsye who have helped my son grow into a confident little boy, the always validate him and have helped with his seperation anxiety to allow him to feel loved and excited. The staff have taken the time to truly get to know him and always have time for any queries, concerns or worries I have and really listen to me and include me in the decision making process. Thank you all for making the transition from moving so much easier and welcoming.

Absolutely love the daycare, the girls are super friendly and really good with my boy. He runs straight to them and gives big cuddles, always stop for a chat and tell you how the child is doing. Gabby and Chloe are absolute amazing and always smiling when you walk through the doors and always happy to stop for a chat!

Love this centre!!!! When I first toured the centre, my child and I felt right at home. We had toured a few and my child showed no interest until this centre. We have been attending now for about a year and a half and would never go anywhere else. The staff are lovely, professional and very attentive and it feels like family. Highly recommend this centre!

Amazing staff so welcoming and helpful wouldn't want my girls anywhere else

Choosing a childcare centre is such a big decision, and Little Learners Place Hilbert has exceeded every expectation. The educators make you feel like family, the environment feels safe and loving, and my son absolutely thrives here.
