My daughter has been at Jenny's since the centre has opened. We really struggled to find a place to begin with that I felt comfortable leaving her for 5 days a week and had that full trust in it. Since being at Jenny's, she has absolutely loved it and completely forgets that I exist after dropping her off. I would 100% recommend this centre to anyone who is looking for a daycare. The app is amazing and it really makes you feel just that little bit more at ease as you know what has been going on throughout their day.

Very bad centre, Never show they actually look after your kid properly.

From the moment we stepped in, we felt welcomed and at ease knowing our child was going to be in a safe, healthy and a nurturing environment. The staff at the centre are incredibly professional, dedicated and warm to create positive space for children to grow. Special shout out to Diksha, Connie & Rakhi whose gone above and beyond to help my son (the cuddles, that has put me to ease), in his initial days (as he struggled with the drop-offs) and he has now settled in well and built bonds with the educators (Rakhi, Connie & Diksha) which shows how incredible they are and how interactive they are with the kids. Really glad, the way my son's being cared for and the connection he has developed with his educators, who lets him learn, grow and explore with confidence. Not to mention the amazing chef who cooks delicious and nutritious meals all day long. Really good app that gives you an update on the regime, and I love seeing the photos and reading the introduction at the end of day about all the amazing things they have done throughout the day. What a delight to see their smiling faces. Both myself and my husband love Jenny's and are thankful to be a part of a great community, knowing that each day I am leaving my son in good hands. Would highly recommend them over and over!

My son has been attending since Jenny's opened in November, and the care provided by his Kinder teacher has been nothing short of wonderful. They have assisted in toilet training, dummy weaning and support him with his speech therapy. Educators across the entire service know who he is, which just goes to demonstrate how well the staff know the families of the service.

Since my daughter started attending this childcare, I’ve felt completely at ease and confident in their care. The educators are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive — my daughter goes in happily every morning and doesn’t even want to leave when it’s time to go home! The center’s app is also fantastic. It clearly shows her daily routine — what she ate, how long she slept, and the activities she participated in — which gives me great peace of mind throughout the day. I’m also very impressed by how responsive and efficient the centre director is. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly, and the communication is always clear and professional. Overall, the environment is nurturing and safe, the staff are wonderful, and the communication tools are excellent. I’m truly grateful for the care they provide and would highly recommend this centre to other families.

Jenny’s Armstrong Creek is a lovely childcare centre, highly recommended if you're looking for one. We’re so grateful for the care and attention given to our little one. Love our daycare. The staff is great and our little one is well looked after! When we started at our new daycare our little one was going through some separation anxiety and drop offs were hard for us. Shaylah & Charlotte were our first educator and they really gave us hope that daycare isn’t just about the sad drop offs. Shaylah and Charlotte are so gentle, attentive and focused on building a bond with the children and it clearly worked for our toddler. Our toddler thrived so much within the first few weeks. The last few of weeks anytime I ran into our educator Connie at pick up or drop off, I could tell how attentive she was to Cece, her routine, her day and her habits. I noticed Connie has been very invested in the toddler room and we are very grateful. Cece also seems super comfortable with her and that makes us very happy to see. Since being there, our toddler’s speech has also improved so much! We do notice the educators work hard to form relationships with the toddlers, not just the one mentioned here but all the educators we came across at the centre - Thank you!

We’ve been so happy with the care provided at Jenny’s Armstrong Creek. My daughter has consistent educators in her room each day who are passionate about their work. The environment is calm. My daughter loves the big yard and playground. We feel lucky to have found a fabulous centre.
