Since starting at Green Leaves North Shore Central earlier this year, our family has felt so welcomed and supported. The healthy homemade meals are also a wonderful bonus and something our children really enjoy. We’re so happy with our experience and highly recommend Green Leaves North Shore Central to any family.

Our 1 year old has been going to Greenleaves north shore central for a month now, and our whole experience has been really positive! All the staff and educators are so kind and welcoming, and can tell they genuinely care about the kids. We love the thoughtful activities they have for them to learn and explore everyday and the communication has been wonderful, we get so many updates which really helps knowing he is having fun daily.

We have been at green leaves north shore central since January and with recently moving interstate the entire team has made our family feel so welcome. I’ve been hesitant to leave a review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. My son and I had a very poor experience with this centre. Management are very unprofessional, and the negative things they say about their own staff and families is absolutely horrible. When my son was 8 months old, he was not offered a bottle or even had one made up for him in 8.5 hours. Then, when my son was 11 months old he was also not offered a bottle for 7 hours again! When I approached the director explaining how I felt and what strategies they are going to do to ensure this won’t happen for a 3rd time, the words I got back from her was “But it hasn’t happened twice in the last 2 weeks has it, and your child drinks water and eats solids too, don’t they?” As a parent, I felt quite dismissed with that comment.
