From the 1st time we took a tour we were blown away with how the centre looked, presentation was outstanding and the staff were very welcoming. My son is 7 months and is striving in his nursery room. All the staff welcome us each morning and afternoon every time we enter the premises. My son adores his educators, his growth so far is amazing to watch and we look forward to many more years with Eden Academy.

If I could give this centre a 10, I absolutely would. Eden Academy Clyde has been amazing from the very beginning! The enrolment process was smooth even before the centre opened, and the management team has been incredible. Maddie (CM) is an absolute standout! so attentive, professional, and always quick to respond. No question or email ever feels like too much and that level of care really shows. A big thank you as well to Libby, Luana, Neda and Kas! they’ve all played such an important role in my son’s development and progress. You can genuinely see the effort and care they put into the kids every day. I also love that the centre has a chef and provides quality meals, and that staffing ratios are always a priority. Maddie clearly makes sure the right people are hired and placed in the rooms, which gives so much peace of mind as a parent. The transparency from this team is something I really appreciate. We couldnt be happier with our Eden experience. Communication is incredible, the spaces are warm, calming and welcoming, educators are absolutely amazing. We are so happy we enrolled and can't wait to see our son thrive.

We recently started sending our son to Eden Academy and couldn’t be happier. We have heard lots of negatives about childcare centres however everything has been amazing from the minute we toured Eden. The staff are all incredibly friendly, they really care about the comfort and care of each individual child, on our first day we felt so welcomed it put our mind at ease leaving our son. The communication is also amazing, I really love the updates about our child’s day. We would highly recommend Eden to all our friends and family.

Lovely centre and the tour experience was positive. However, I was advised at the time that there was availability for my child. I followed the enrolment process as instructed and submitted all required information, expecting to hear back within the stated 2–3 business days. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any communication for over a month and had to follow up myself. Only after reaching out was I informed that the centre is now full and that I would be contacted when a place becomes available. This was disappointing, as clearer and more timely communication would have made it easier to plan alternative arrangements. Respectfully.

I honestly am so grateful that my little one comes here. The team are so kind, caring and helpful. They’re wonderful with the children and I love their very thorough updates at the end of the day so I know exactly what occurred during the day. The food / chef is incredible always making the nicest food for the children (makes me want to steal some for dinner!) the have a solid security system in place with a good sign in process. The facilities are pristine and the rooms are so nicely designed for the kids. I can’t thank the team here enough for going above and beyond to give us parents peace of mind when we’re dropping off our babies. Thank you so much team - keep up the incredible work!!!!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Eden Academy Clyde enough. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and from day one they’ve made us feel so comfortable. My daughter started in the nursery three weeks ago and absolutely loves it! Her educators are amazing with her and have clearly created an environment where she feels safe, loved, and happy. We feel very fortunate to have secured a place at this centre for our four-year-old son. From the beginning, our experience has been very positive. He loves the overall atmosphere, his educators, and the friendships he has formed. Having tried other centres previously, this one is by far the best.<br>The team is clearly passionate about early childhood education and takes great care in building strong, positive relationships with the children. This shows in how comfortable and happy our son is each day.<br>The enrolment process was smooth and straightforward, and we were able to secure the days we wanted without issue.<br>The centre itself is outstanding, with facilities finished to an exceptionally high standard.<br>The only area for potential improvement would be written communication. Eden academy Clyde has met and gone beyond my expectations. My son has built strong relationships with the educators within the first week. Changing centres to eden academy was the best choice I’ve made for my son’s development.
