I recently enrolled my daughter here, and I would recommend it to any parent looking for a daycare. If you're feeling nervous about enrolling your child, don't be. It's the best decision I've made.<br><br>My daughter has genuinely thrived since being here. The centre has such a warm, family-like feel, with real grass and environment for the kids to play in. The difference compared to her previous centre has been incredible. She's made so many friends, and it's so obvious how happy she is here.<br><br>We also receive so many updates and photos throughout the day on the app, which makes us feel involved in what she's doing. All of the staff are absolutely lovely, caring, and always happy to help.<br><br>They always do activities, my daughter comes home with little hats etc she has made herself & its really heart warming. Her speech has been picking up alot too.<br><br>I feel completely at peace leaving my daughter here each day and don't worry in the slightest. I highly highlyy recommend this centre.

If I could give zero stars, I would. During a tour of this daycare yesterday, everything initially appeared to be going well. I did notice a few minor hazards, but those were not my main concern. What raised serious alarm was witnessing a young girl assisting her mother (the owner) with cleaning, which in itself was not an issue. However, the concern arose when that same child entered the baby/toddler room and picked up an infant—appearing to be around 4–7 months old—and had the baby sitting on her lap while seated on a chair. This immediately raised questions about why a minor was permitted to handle an unrelated child within a childcare setting. Childcare facilities have strict age, qualification, and certification requirements for a reason. Staff are required to hold appropriate training to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in their care. The situation was deeply concerning, as it poses a significant risk. Had the baby been dropped or injured, the outcome could have been serious. Parents trust childcare centres to follow all regulations and duty-of-care standards, and allowing an unqualified minor to handle infants falls well outside of what should be considered acceptable practice. Child safety should always be the top priority.
