Do NOT put your child into this centre’s care!! I have had to contact the department about this centre and I know other parents who have as well. I don’t know how it’s even running anymore. Everything is broken, I’ve noticed equipment outside with rusty nails sticking out. They don’t feed your children properly, I became sick of hearing my child has had fried rice and 2 minute noodles most days, and half the time the food they post on OWNA about serving for the day ends up being something else but they don’t update you I feel lied to. You should not be feeding children 2 minutes noodles, adding carrots and peas doesn’t balance the severe lack of nutrition. Management is awful, the director is so cold and inhumane, she’s rude and aggressive, she should not be working with children. There’s no communication from management no matter how many times you try to follow up. The fees keep going up but I see nothing change at the centre, no new resources, nothing. I also found out one of the staff members has been in trouble multiple times for abusing children, how does she still have a job??? (I will name her if you remove this again.) This was once a wonderful centre. My child attended from nursery age and was going to move up to pre-kindergarten this year but I decided to pull them out before the new year, I finally had enough especially after the wonderful hard working educators who my child and our family had beautiful bonds with for my child’s whole life have all quit at once, which isn’t a shock honestly. How sad, what a great way to ruin relationships with children which can create trauma, and I don’t blame the staff on the floor for that. You should be ashamed of what this centre has become. This centre is owned and run by people who care only about profit at the cost of children’s wellbeing, and have no empathy for anyone. Also well done trying to keep your reputation up by having staff members family review the place. It is pathetic and easy to notice.

really awful experience here. constantly understaffed. fees always going up, i dont see any changes. bad communication. rude management. unsafe and unhygienic environment. they never fed my child properly, my child was coming home starving every day saying they didnt like the food and werent offered anything else, they just let my child go hungry all day. i gently expressed my concerns multiple times to the director and she became aggressive and shifted blame. i dont really understand the positive reviews of children’s house. i also dont really understand how this place is even meeting. i see more agency staff here than permanent staff. Edit: your much faster at responding to bad reviews than you are at communicating by email. what i said to the director was spoken about in person. if she did not record it and kept you in the dark about it, that is not my fault. speak to your staff. employ people who speak honestly and respectfully, you say that’s what you value but it is not practiced within your centre. i tried discussing this properly, after that is when i pulled out my child as its not good enough and i was spoken to like it was wrong to address concerns about my own child that i paid high fees for you to CARE for them. where was that care? from my experience and other parent experiences the owner is worst than the director, i would never want to speak to someone like that. the family reviews are also noticed. not good at all. thats a great way to try to deflect but this is not a false review. take on the feedback and do better. your meant to be looking after children. this is being taken up with the department.

As a parent with some separation anxiety I knew that I would struggle more with my son’s transition into care than he would. After three sessions of orientation I am feeling confident and excited for my little boy to start his adventure at children’s house of early learning. From the beginning Bree and Tee have been incredible support in terms admin side of things responding in ample time and with the upmost professionalism. The team working in the room Millie, Rachel, Laura, Sarah and Ebony have been outstanding with my little boy. They have all taken the time to ask questions, comfort and allow my son space to explore. During my son’s second orientation he was unsettled but the team were able to comfort him and make him feel comfortable enough to go off and play. Bree the director has gone above and beyond to reassure me and put a plan in place to support my boy while he begins his journey. I can’t wait to see what Sammy’s adventure looks like at Children’s house and I’m excited to watch him grow into his own little person while in the care of the phenomenal staff. 🤍

Wouldn’t recommend this centre. That’s for sure. Always short staffed and rude, never professional.

Loved the centre! Recently came in for my grandsons Mother’s Day afternoon tea celebration. The director was so lovely and welcoming, it was lovely to see my grandson so loved and cared for by his educators

We moved our child here from another local centre recently and have seen a big difference in willingness to go to educators at drop off, and it’s clear that our child is happy and enjoying their time here. I really appreciate the level of regular communication from the centre and that admin is managed well here.

My son has been at CHOEL for six months now, and we couldn't be happier! The staff are incredibly friendly and have done an amazing job supporting his needs. The educators truly care about his growth and celebrate every little achievement with us. We love getting regular updates and adorable photos through the app that show how well he's doing.

Absolutely love CHOEL! Cannot recommend them more, my son started at 5 months, he slowly transitioned and has been there for a year now and he absolutely loves it. Smiles as soon as he is there and every staff knows him so well whether they are in his room or not. I feel fully confident with the team and my boy loves them

Just completed my placement at Children’s house of early learning. The educators were all friendly and caring. I was extremely impressed by the caring, nurturing and passionate educators in the babies room, they had great relationships with all the babies and their families.
