My youngest two children have been coming to this daycare for several years and we love it! The staff are all beautiful, kind and caring. My kids love their educators and are always happy to be there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to send your kids!

What a loving, safe and secure environment Carlton house is for my boys! Their little faces light up as soon as they enter the door and are greeted by Miss Chris and Miss Emma! My boys are growing and thriving at Carlton house I have never seen them so happy at a centre before! Carlton house is the best, highly recommend to all! ☺️

My daughter has been attending Carlton House for over 3 years and we couldn't love them more. My daughter has some minor disabilities and learning challenges and all the staff have been so amazing in helping me and my daughter improve her skills. She loves all her teaches. Communication is always open and front house staff aswell as the teachers are always available to answer questions or listen to any concerns. They take the safety and health of all the kids seriously. We receive daily (sometimes 2-3 times a day) updates with what they have been doing in her class with photos. They provide not only class updates but individual child updates. Honestly the best daycare/preschool in Dubbo.

I can’t not speak more highly of Carlton House. The Director is amazing. There have been times (due to work commitments) that we have required a casual day of care and she will always accommodate. My child’s Educators are beautiful. I receive daily stories and information of what my child is doing or has done throughout the day. Half and end of year reports of my child’s development. The centre itself has come a long way. The Director (Chris) has worked so hard to bring the centre back to life and it really does show. I’ve got four kids 5 and under, so life is beautifully busy. Finding a daycare that could handle of them and make me feel confident leaving them there felt near impossible. The staff has been great. They’re kind, patient, and genuinely care about the kids. Each of mine is totally different (as siblings always are!), and the team really gets that. They make each of them feel special and supported. Since the new director, Chris, came on board, there’s been such a noticeable lift in the vibe and organisation at the centre. Everything feels smoother, more connected, and just overall more positive. You can tell she really cares and has made a big difference.
