WE SET YOUR CHILD UP FOR THE BEST START POSSIBLE.
Through nurturing, guiding and educating your child, we give them the best possible start to their future development. Our small, homey centre prides itself on a personalised experience for child and family.
We know each child, their siblings, mum, dad, nan and pop by name. We are a part of your network, your community, your 'village' to raise your child.
We invite you to join our community...
WHY START YOUR EDUCATION JOURNEY WITH US?
WHAT WE OFFER...
Open Monday to Friday from 7am till 6pm, we cater for children 6 weeks to school aged. Providing LOW educator to child ratios (more educators per child) and SMALL group sizes, which research shows is best practice. Our staff higher qualifications and receive more educated than legally required. We teach and share our love.
Our Mission can be summed up in four words - Green, Healthy, Smart and Strong. Our decision-making and practices stem from these four aspects of our centre's vision.
OUR PROMISE TO OUR FAMILIES
WE BELIEVE
In the precious value of children, and the significant role that we play, in the early and most important part of their lives. This belief is the foundation of our values, and underpins our commitment to our children, their families, our people and our community.
We believe that the single most important part of our offering is our team. We aim to have a core focus on our people, value them for their passion, commitment and personal contribution, and recognise them as our greatest asset.
We put the child at the centre of everything we do, and understand that it can be stressful for families to engage outsiders to care for and nurture their child. They entrust us and bring us into their families. We consider this trust as a privilege, and we are ever-mindful of it. We wish for meaningful and supportive relationships with our families based on respect, open communication and shared goals, and we value the family's role in our program. We ask that this respect is reciprocated. We celebrate diversity of nationalities, cultures and beliefs, and embrace it as an educational resource. We also support the integration of children with additional needs and diverse lifestyles.
