We are so happy we made the move to Bright Steps. I was initially really nervous about changing centres, but the transition has been so much easier than expected because of their amazing team. The staff are incredibly engaging, warm, and you can genuinely tell they care about the children. Our kids come home happy, excited, and full of stories about their day — which speaks volumes about the environment Bright Steps creates. What has meant the most to us is how willing they have been to work with us and understand our family’s needs at every step. Their communication, flexibility, and support have made such a positive difference. We’re extremely grateful for the wonderful care they provide and highly recommend Bright Steps to any family looking for a nurturing, supportive childcare centre.

The team at bright steps have been absolutely amazing after we moved over from another daycare that we were no longer happy with. Brittney, Tash and especially our room educators have been warm and welcoming and taking any extra steps needed to reassure my child. The centre is huge without being overcoming and they have so much to offer for each age group! The outdoor play area is safe and engaging for the children! Would recommend to everyone!

As a mum, leaving your child in someone else’s care is never easy, but this daycare has made it so much easier for our family. The educators are so kind, patient and genuinely loving with the kids. My son absolutely adores going each day, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such a safe, nurturing environment. We’re so grateful for the care they give our little one!

We enrolled our daughter here to start when the centre opened and we’ve had such a wonderful experience so far. The centre itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything is brand new, clean and thoughtfully designed for the children. The educators have been incredibly warm, caring and welcoming, which made the transition into daycare so much easier for our family. It’s clear they genuinely care about the children and creating a positive environment for them to learn and play. We’re really happy with our choice and feel very comfortable leaving our daughter in their care. I would definitely recommend this centre to other families looking for a nurturing and high-quality daycare.

This is a family not a daycare ❤️ not only do you get a warm welcome as you step through the door but my two absolutely love coming to care, my son has always had seperation issues with me but the girls in his room have made him feel so safe and secure that he has had no issues crawling off without me in the morning and my daughter says her teachers names at home and says she loves them consistently, and says bye see you tomorrow with the biggest grin everyday. The first thing she says when she wakes up is "car.... school?" We also have a lovely list of allergies for my son and they have been so understanding and have worked with us while we got on top of everything with such ease and made the transition from home to "second home" so simple for the kids. Amazing daycare - Our Ruby loves it From the moment you step in , everyone is so very welcoming . My little one has expanded her vocabulary and tries so many different foods Being that we have only been attending for such a short time - this is a huge accomplishment. The play area is very well thought out and the rooms are very fun and homey . I love how you all take such pride in the centre being clean !!! Thank you so much for having us , we love being part of the bright steps family

Five star rating for the best childcare centre in Tamworth! My child attends here 3 days a week and they treat him like their own, we feel like we’re apart of a family not just a “school”. My son always has the best days and comes home so happy! The girls are amazing not just with my son but with my whole family. They are so understanding and lovely to talk with. Thank you BSA team for all that you do!

This daycare does not feel like a daycare when I drop my babies off. It feels like home, my babies absolutely love going here and I have full confidence in leaving my babies in the care of the lovely staff.
