Michelle began her Early Learning journey in 2008 as an Assistant Educator. Over the past 16 years, she has developed extensive knowledge and skills, progressing through various roles in the sector.

She is an amazing leader and mentor to our team and supports our educators in their professional growth. She is passionate about providing quality care and education and ensures that each child’s unique learning journey is nurtured and celebrated.

She has a passion for creating beautiful environments that foster children’s creativity and imagination. Michelle believes that every child learns differently and is dedicated to tailoring experiences to their unique needs.

Claire is a 5th generation local of the Macedon Ranges and is proud to be leading the team alongside Michelle at Gumboots Early Learning Gisborne. With 22 years of experience in Early Childhood, Claire is passionate about mentoring and cultivating positive relationships and fostering meaningful connections within the community. She is committed to creating a centre where both children and Educators feel valued and supported. Claire believes in the power of collaboration and shared learning and values the families input to create an environment where children can grow, explore, and develop to their full potential.
