We’ve had such a great experience with this daycare, with both of our daughters attending from nursery through to kinder. The educators are caring, friendly and genuinely love what they do. Both girls have been so happy here and have grown in confidence and independence. We’ve always felt comfortable knowing they’re well cared for and in good hands. Highly recommend :)

We’ve had a pretty good experience with the centre. The settling-in process has definitely been challenging for our son and we’re still having some emotional drop-offs, which is always hard as a parent. It’s not easy leaving when he’s upset, but the educators are always there to give him cuddles, comfort him and help him settle once we leave.<br><br>He’s formed some lovely bonds with his favourite educators, and they are absolutely amazing with him. It’s so nice to see the bond they have and how comfortable and happy he is with them. Seeing the photos they upload during the day of him happily playing and getting involved is really reassuring. It makes such a difference knowing that even though drop-off can be hard, he’s having a good day once we leave. When I pick him up, the educators will tell me what he’s been up to and how much fun he’s had, which I really appreciate.<br><br>I really like the little arts and craft activities they do for different holidays and occasions. The Mother’s Day and Father’s Day ones are especially nice because it’s something special for us to get that we haven’t had to organise ourselves!<br><br>It’s great having all of his meals provided too. I know he’s getting good, balanced food throughout the day without me having to worry about packing everything. They also provide a breakfast bar in the mornings, which he loves — he’s always happy to have a cheeky second breakfast 😂.<br><br>I’m looking forward to seeing him continue to grow and come out of his shell at the centre. The educators encourage him to get involved, play with the other kids and try new things, and it’s lovely seeing him become more confident and independent as he gets more comfortable.

The staff and facilities at Good Start Park Lane, Traralgon are exceptional! They have very experienced staff that are dedicated to providing the kids with a positive experience through tailored educational programs. Our daughter is in her third year attending the centre, she has a wonderful group of kids she plays with and always comes home excited to tell us about the fun she had at daycare.

Choosing a daycare is one of the biggest and most emotional decisions a parent can make. We toured several centres before visiting Goodstart Parklane, but from the moment we walked through the doors, something just felt right. The warmth, kindness and genuine care shown by every educator immediately put us at ease and helped calm so many of the nerves that come with leaving your child in someone else's care.<br>The settling-in process wasn't easy for our son, and there were many emotional drop-offs along the way. As parents, it was incredibly difficult to leave him when he was upset, but the educators were always there with open arms, ready to hold, cuddle and comfort him while he adjusted. We never felt rushed or judged, and the patience, reassurance and genuine love shown by the team gave us the confidence that he was exactly where he needed to be. Although it took several months for him to truly settle, the educators never gave up on him and supported him every step of the way.<br>Today, seeing our son walk into daycare with a smile, excited to see his educators and friends, and happily wave goodbye with a cheerful "Bye bye Mum!" is something we never take for granted. Watching his confidence, independence and happiness grow has been incredibly rewarding, and we know that is a reflection of the nurturing, safe and supportive environment you've created.<br>The educators at Goodstart Parklane create such a warm, safe and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore and simply be themselves. An amazing daycare if you’re looking to send your little one, they offer great activities like sports day once a week, arts and crafts for all hoildays. I personally love the Valentine’s Day one because they put my babies hand on a love heart magnet for the fridge! Always have good healthy meals that the kids all enjoy and a free breakfast bar in the mornings for extra hungry little ones. I’ve sent all 3 of my babies here and they’ve absolutely thrived and made sure my oldest was school ready! Love the educators as they really care for the kids and the admin are amazing. 10/10 recommend
