We have been extremely impressed with Kaleidoscopes Booval. The team consistently takes initiative in supporting the children, addressing any issues promptly and appropriately, and communicating with parents when it is genuinely necessary. At other centres, we’ve experienced daily — sometimes multiple — calls about minor matters that did not require notification. In contrast, Kaleidoscopes has demonstrated time and again that they have everything well managed, responding to situations safely and confidently.<br><br>The staff are friendly, supportive, and create a calm, welcoming environment for the children. They are highly inclusive of neurodiverse children and families from all backgrounds, which has made a meaningful difference to our experience.<br>Their newly renovated outdoor play spaces have been a huge hit with our kids, adding to the positive atmosphere.<br><br>Our children have been noticeably more settled and comfortable since moving to this centre, which is a testament to the professionalism and care shown by the team at KK Booval. It has genuinely made the world of difference. We highly recommend Kaleidoscopes Booval!

We are extremely distressed about educators in older rooms in Booval centre yelling at children and pulling them by their arms and ordering them to clean up, being dismissive of parents trying to engage with them and ask questions at both pick and drop off. We have both witnessed this from them at separate times both when our child was in their room and also whenever there is late pick up and they're in their room after the amazing educator Amanda goes home. Items go missing daily (hats, soiled laundry, jumpers, socks and clips) and we feel our concerns are being dismissed. The smaller children's room is great, we are so happy with Emmy and the toddler educators. They're compassionate, supportive, and provide enrichment for the toddlers as well as happy to communicate with parents about needs and daily activities with parents. Make your own judgements.

We absolutely love Kaleidoscope Kids Booval! The educators and staff are so caring, friendly and genuinely invested in the children. You can see the effort they put into making the centre a happy, safe and welcoming place for both the children and families.

I couldn’t recommend Kaleidoscope Booval enough! I’ve now had all three of my children attend the centre and we’ve had such a wonderful experience. The educators are so caring, welcoming and genuinely love the children, and the manager are absolutely amazing always approachable, supportive and happy to help.<br>The centre has such a warm, family-like feel and I’ve always felt confident knowing my babies are safe, happy and well cared for. So grateful for all the beautiful staff and everything they do!

Was not a good place for my girl, felt like she wasn’t treated well

An excellent learning center with dedicated staff and a warm, supportive environment. The tutors are not only knowledgeable but also patient and genuinely invested in helping students succeed. I've seen great improvement and confidence in my child since enrolling. The personalized attention and structured approach really make a difference. Highly recommended for any parent looking to give their child a strong academic boost

Wouldn't recommend. Incident reports are missed, cameras dont pick up on things either apparently, staff will essentially blame your own child if an incident occurs. My child was bitten on the face by another - was noted as a bite mark by centre director only for them to end up blaming my child for being the cause. This mark was circular, had teeth indentations, ruptured the skin, brusing and caused minor scarring. Biting YOUR OWN face is physically impossible but take note that later on my child will be blamed for this?! Was told no teachers reported anything and nothing about this caught on cameras. Was just a backtracking of embarrassment on their behalf for staff missing the incident take place and then pretty much throwing their arms up like oh well not much we can do now it was probably your own childs fault anyway ( they tried to say it was from dancing 🙄 even if that was true the marking would be a scratch like mark ). NOT a very visably clear bite mark that was noted by centre director straight away only to have it turned back onto us. The only thing they offered was if we wanted to keep coming in for a play and stay 🤣 No, we got serious and left! Not good enough. Dont bother. Update: as you can now see below⬇️ the centre replying to my review of the stance that i wasn't even in there system as though to make it seem that this occurance did not happen 😳 appear to look good online and take no accountability. Therefore further cementing the initial review. Again, don't bother with this centre if you're a parent that cares about their child being looked after properly when you're out of sight because it wont be done here.

Kaleidoscope Booval is a great daycare that has been around for many years. You can tell that this lived experience has developed the staff and the processes here. There is always a quality of staff, a strong and caring leadership and a true comradery between staff and between parents and staff. I feel completely at ease and happy to bring my daughter here and trust them with her. This is the 3rd year that she is attending here now. They let kids be kids here with play learning and developing individuals their own way. Each room has supportive activities for all the different interests in the room. The staff in each room truely get to know my daughter, know her caring needs and know my family. They feel like the community that we need to help us raise our daughter. My son went here a few years before my daughter and 2 things I've really seen an improvement in is the food and the level of education being provided. This is being led by the director who is understanding and relatable.
