Was not a good place for my girl, felt like she wasn’t treated well

An excellent learning center with dedicated staff and a warm, supportive environment. The tutors are not only knowledgeable but also patient and genuinely invested in helping students succeed. I've seen great improvement and confidence in my child since enrolling. The personalized attention and structured approach really make a difference. Highly recommended for any parent looking to give their child a strong academic boost

Wouldn't recommend. Incident reports are missed, cameras dont pick up on things either apparently, staff will essentially blame your own child if an incident occurs. My child was bitten on the face by another - was noted as a bite mark by centre director only for them to end up blaming my child for being the cause. This mark was circular, had teeth indentations, ruptured the skin, brusing and caused minor scarring. Biting YOUR OWN face is physically impossible but take note that later on my child will be blamed for this?! Was told no teachers reported anything and nothing about this caught on cameras. Was just a backtracking of embarrassment on their behalf for staff missing the incident take place and then pretty much throwing their arms up like oh well not much we can do now it was probably your own childs fault anyway ( they tried to say it was from dancing 🙄 even if that was true the marking would be a scratch like mark ). NOT a very visably clear bite mark that was noted by centre director straight away only to have it turned back onto us. The only thing they offered was if we wanted to keep coming in for a play and stay 🤣 No, we got serious and left! Not good enough. Dont bother. Update: as you can now see below⬇️ the centre replying to my review of the stance that i wasn't even in there system as though to make it seem that this occurance did not happen 😳 appear to look good online and take no accountability. Therefore further cementing the initial review. Again, don't bother with this centre if you're a parent that cares about their child being looked after properly when you're out of sight because it wont be done here.

Kaleidoscope Booval is a great daycare that has been around for many years. You can tell that this lived experience has developed the staff and the processes here. There is always a quality of staff, a strong and caring leadership and a true comradery between staff and between parents and staff. I feel completely at ease and happy to bring my daughter here and trust them with her. This is the 3rd year that she is attending here now. They let kids be kids here with play learning and developing individuals their own way. Each room has supportive activities for all the different interests in the room. The staff in each room truely get to know my daughter, know her caring needs and know my family. They feel like the community that we need to help us raise our daughter. My son went here a few years before my daughter and 2 things I've really seen an improvement in is the food and the level of education being provided. This is being led by the director who is understanding and relatable.

Very lovely staff here, made us feel super comfortable. My daughters first day went soo well she seems to be enjoying it here already.

Amazing staff, really friendly and responsive. Great communication and updates given without taking too much time away from kids. Great environment and would recommend to any parent wanting to start there child in daycare. 10/10
