My daughter has being attending Kinderpark Childcare Centre for around 3 years now. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I haven't had any issues and would highly recommend this daycare centre. My daughter has made great friends, she loves the educators 😀 and all the fun activities they have in-store. Her time is split now between daycare and kindy (school) and she would much rather go to daycare everyday 🤣 If you’re looking for childcare pay kinderpark a visit and have a look for yourself. Im glad I did.

I moved my daughter here from another daycare and from the minute we walked in on her first day I knew she would love it and be so well cared for. Now both my daughters attend and we couldn’t be happier with the service or the staff, the girls are incredible and they work so hard to make sure all the kids attending have a good day. If your local and looking for a daycare we would highly recommend.

My nephews attend this centre and have been for 2 years now, I may not be there to pick up everyday however the updates I recieve show a genuine love and care for the children attending this centre! My nephews are clearly happy here, each time I come to collect them they are happy and engaged and each educator has a smile on their face and is nothing but kind to myself. Highly recommend Kinderpark Butler!

I sent my child here for approximately 2+ years, the service was great at the start and there were some great educators at this centre. In the last 6 months of my child’s time at this centre, my child was subject to physical injuries caused by another child. I was promised time and time again that there was a plan in place to prevent further injury to my child. On multiple occasions, my child was scratched, kicked and hit in the face and neck by this child, and not one incident report was written up, nor were these issues brought to my attention during pick up. My child was responsible for telling me what had been going on, and when I approached staff regarding these issues I was ignored. I sent emails, text messages and multiple un answered phone calls, trying to get answers, to which none were responded to. 1-2 weeks later I finally had someone reach out to arrange a meeting, as by that point I had sent an email withdrawing my son from their services. We came to an agreement that I would keep my child enrolled with reduced days, my child went from 5 days a week to only 1 day per week, and every single week, my child was coming home with injuries caused by this child. I finally decided to pull my child out, and was advised, in writing, that my 2 week fees would be wiped. I now have debt collectors chasing me for this money. I would never, ever recommend this place, if you care for your child’s well-being, avoid Kinder Park Butler.

An absolutely amazing Daycare, it's the only place our daughter felt comfortable attending during the walk through and the educator's are so supportive and caring. The centre is always clean and tidy and they make the most nutritious yummy food for the little ones. I wouldn't dream of sending our daughter anywhere else!

I had the pleasure of enrolling my son at Kinderpark Butler, and I can't say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we joined, it was clear that the staff genuinely care about the children. My son absolutely loves it there and has learned so much in a short time. The nurturing environment has helped him grow into a confident and vibrant toddler. The educators are fantastic at communicating with families, always keeping us informed and involved in his learning journey. They form meaningful relationships with both the children and their families, which makes a huge difference. Recently I visited Kinder Park in Butler and was greeted with the warmest welcome from the Manager Tracey and staff. I saw great interactions with the children and all the rooms looked beautiful and clean. I definitely recommend this service to anyone in the area.

As a mother and an educator, I couldn’t fault Kinderpark Butler. My 2 children have been accepted into a high quality, safe and trusted service. The director and educators make it easy to communicate and provide exceptional feedback, their professionalism and care to nurture the children at this services shines through! Most importantly, my children begin and end their days here with love, fun and big smiles on their faces. My two daughters have loved every minute at this daycare it has been amazing at welcoming them after my youngest wouldn't go to her last daycare and screamed the whole day to now not only being excited to go but a completely different child.
