The criticism of poorly understood practice of numbing toddlers during sleep with “white noise” and my suggestion of replacing it with a safer option of classical music, proven to benefit language development, didn’t go well.<br>“White noise” may sound nice but comes with limited data and a link to auditory developmental delays.<br>I am perplexed to understand why an educator chooses to apply monotonous harsh sound to the brain of a sleeping toddler over far safer and more beneficial options.<br>In response to my suggestions, the educator became accusatory.<br>The next day I was removed from the contacts without notice.<br>The email I sent to the director pointing to the research and risks associated with white noise, remains unanswered.<br>It would have been unfair to paint everything with one brush, as I’ve observed other carers at this centre doing wonderful job of putting children first and would like to acknowledge them.<br>I am prevented from picking up and dropping off my little granddaughter, which disadvantages her busy family.<br>Creative Kids Centre management have lost my trust and respect.

We have been part of the Creative Kids family for nearly 8 years in both daycare and OHSC! I can not recommend the center enough, all of the staff are warm, welcoming and genuinely want to be there. The play grounds are beautiful with ample space both undercover and outdoors. We've loved the bush kids and bush Kindy program too!

I have 4 children that have all gone through creative kids from 1 years to after school care and they have had the best memories. Wonderful care, the children have been really loved by all the team. I couldn't recommend a better daycare centre.

Words cannot describe how amazing Creative Kids ECC is. For over a decade they nurtured and supported our 3 children from 12 months old till they started prep. They are a second family. And when it’s your little one(s), that’s what you want. Someone that’s going to care for them as much as you do. We could not recommend Creative Kids highly enough to anyone searching for daycare. If I ever had more children, it’s the place I’d send them, and hopefully by the time our children have children, Creative Kids will be able to look after our grandkids too!

It’s clear that the team truly cares about creating a positive and nurturing environment for every child. We’re so grateful to have found a centre we can trust and highly recommend it to other families looking for quality childcare.

I was recommended Creative kids by word of mouth by multiple people however, I wanted to do my own research looking at different daycares to send my children to. After viewing Creative kids it became top on my list. Chloe blew me away with her knowledge and passion for children's safety. As a nurse I was very impressed how confident she seemed with emergency scenarios. What also impressed me was the amount of staff that have been there for over 10 years as many daycares have a high staff turn around. Since sending my children there I have no regrets about my decision. You can tell the staff care for the children and that the childrens safety is their number one priority. Highly recommend.
