Cant fault the service at all. Every single educator is a delight to interact with, cares deeply for my child, and always acts professionally. We are very happy that we moved to this centre and look forward to many years ahead as our children move up the rooms.

The activities are creative and thoughtfully planned, helping the kids learn through play while developing social, emotional, and cognitive skills. We especially appreciate the regular updates and photos, which give us such peace of mind and a glimpse into their day. I have only wonderful things to say about Imagine Garden Suburb. As first time parents, the decision to look into care for our son did not come easy. I remember looking online for hours and hours, and asking around to everyone I knew, researching so we could find the absolute best possible centre that aligned with all our values and had the type of playful nature focused environment - ‘where kids can just be kids‘. And we found it! I was so drawn to this centres amazing outdoor space filled with bush, and big shady trees, a sand/mud pit, a worm farm, strawberry plants, and a dedicated tree that the kids can climb! It’s so rare to find these days, with most child care centres thinking a sandpit and a corner of astroturf will suffice. The educators and staff are all so beautiful and you truly feel how much they care for your kid in every interaction you have. Communication is exceptional. Nothing is ever an issue and is so carefully and thoughtfully managed and planned out. We’ve had quite a slow to warm start in terms of emotional drop offs over the last 5 months with our almost 3 year old, but the centre has gone above and beyond to make him (and us) feel as supported as possible. Our room leader (Rhi) has been absolutely incredible, and I hope she (and full Imagine team) understand just how valued they are by all us parents. I just feel so much gratitude that our first child care experience was this lovely one!

What an amazing service! What attracted me to Imagine Garden Suburb when researching our local daycares/preschools was the beautiful large outdoor space where the kids can play in nature amongst the trees. From our very first visit, we quickly learned that was only one of the many things to love about Imagine. The staff are fantastic and Rhi in particular made me feel so at ease putting my daughter in care for the first time at age 2.5. My daughter settled in easily from the get go and quickly formed great bonds with her educators and new friendships too. Their activities and programs have always been so impressive and she is always getting up to so many fun things from growing strawberries and making strawberry jam, lots of gardening and composting, constant arts and crafts, and so much more. She’s been learning so much, from self-help skills to communication and literacy skills. For the last 1.5 years my daughter has thrived at Imagine, and absolutely loves going there. I love that they provide great meals, have excellent communication and photo updates on the OWNA app and are so supportive of her needs. I highly recommend Imagine!
