My daughter has been attending Aspire Berwick waters for over 2 years. In this time she has been well cared for and has learnt so much from her educators. The team are well experienced and cater to each child’s individual needs by creating a great nurturing environment.<br><br>The management team also really go above and beyond to try and support families in anyway they can and are very much loved by the children too.<br><br>If you’re looking for a great long day care or a kindergarten program Aspire Berwick waters would be your place, from passionate and caring educators to great management and facilities.

Aspire Berwick Waters is an amazing childcare centre with wonderful management who are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The staff create a positive and supportive environment that really stands out.<br><br>The programs and incursions for the children are fantastic, providing engaging and enriching experiences. It’s a great learning environment, and I feel confident knowing my children are well cared for and encouraged to grow and learn every day.<br><br>Highly recommend!

My granddaughter has been attending Berwick Waters since 9 months old. I attended the recent grandparent special person day. I got the chance to meet the new center manager, who has been at the center for three months.<br><br>My daughter has been telling me what a lot of great changes and fixes to ensuring the children are receiving the best education programs. She also recently supported my daughter through sickness, casual bookings even organising things needed She schooling for next year for my granddaughter over and beyond for my daughter.<br><br>Communications we all receive has improved so much from old management and you can really see a drive and passion in the staff to deliver such care for the children. On Grandparents day I was so impressed how she found the time to run and answer the phone at the front desk and come and talk to everyone that came. Her work ethic and connection with the children, staff and families has really changed this place. I am so grateful when we faced a tough time she was there for our family after hours and weekends too when my daughter really needed the help being sick and I was unable to drive. Thanks Melissa, really means a lot. Berwick Waters is truly lucky to have you.

My son was attending to this kinder from 3 years. I notice management has been changed recently. I made few complaints regarding my child has not been connected to the kinder m8 and still the issue is same . I missed all the important things because of this . I don’t see they are properly and responsible for what they are doing. Previous management always make sure kids get the best and parents are aware about everything. I will not recommend this to anyone

Sharing some bitter sweet experience I had recently at Aspire Berwick Waters. My daughter went there since she was a toddler and graduated from kindergarten last year. Aspire Berwick Waters was not just a childcare centre it was a home for our kids away from home. The staff was simply like family and we had a really good bond. I used to recommend this centre to all of my friends as the best centre in south east.<br>Last week was the last day of my daughter’s kindergarten teacher Keerthi and my daughter loves her is an understatement. Keerthi is the best kinder teacher and I would recommend her to anyone. Her guidance and made such a positive impact on my daughter and I’m sure all other parents would agree.<br>Since it was her last day I went there with another friend took both our girls to say goodbye to Keerthi. They were so excited and emotional at the same time as Keerthi have played a massive role in their lives.<br><br>When we were there in the room there were two former aspire staff there with us too who also came to say there goodbyes.<br>Few minutes later the centre manager walked in and Keerthi introduced us as her past students mums. The manager said “oh that’s very nice thank you for coming everyone” . It almost looked like she wanted us to leave. Then she just stood there next to us in the middle where we were having a conversation and we honestly didn’t know what to do. It was very awkward. Then she said that we haven’t signed in- we were not asked to do so when we walked in.<br>She kept telling us to to sign in and out. Then she asked Keerthi if there were any kids with us.<br>Keerthi introduced my daughter and her friend as her past students and she didn’t show any care to them. She literally stood there and pretty much walked us out of the centre. She actually had the audacity to walk us to the door. We signed in an out and left the building.<br>While walking out the lady in the babies room walked out and saw my daughter and her friend and asked for some cuddles. These ladies have seen our kids grow so when they see them after along time they love to give a hug. The manager couldn’t stand that happening and kept on saying alright thanks for coming guys. We then stood on the side of the car park to continue our conversation from inside and she came outside and kept staring at us. U<br><br>This was such a horrible experience for us and the kids. She’s a leader of a place where kids are loved and if she cannot show love and empathy to the past kids I wonder how the centre is running now. It all starts at the top. Love care empathy and service- sadly I have noticed so many people have left since the new management change and I personally don’t believe that Aspire BW is a happy place for kids parents or staff any longer. After that experience I will never step inside the centre again or recommend it to anyone.<br>Please ensure that the management is aware and take necessary action. It’s sad to see such a good place lose its place in the community because of such poor behaviour.

Amazing! From the time you meet the Center Manager through to the hard working team of brilliant educators and early childhood teachers. The care they put into everyday, making my niece so happy, safe and secure. Is just awesome.! I had to pick up my niece from Berwick Waters-Aspire Early Education long daycare and kindergarten and I was just amazed and how organised and prepared the team was.
