Absolutely incredible service, I have watched and witnessed how well my own children have settled in so easily, eldest been there two years and youngest been there just over a month. Both of my children get so excited to attend and see their educators and peers. As well as the dedication educators also show to other children and settling them building strong nurturing relationships with their educators.<br><br>The staff are extremely attentive to the needs of the children, and the director of this service is extremely attentive to the needs of her team, and the safety of all in the service. Couldn't ask for a better team. Thankyou girls for all you do for the children of our community.

We have recently moved our children back to Matisse (for the second time) and honestly wish we had never left in the first place. Our son has ASD and, at the previous centre, he struggled — he hated going, would cry, and didn’t want to attend. Since returning to Matisse, he is so much happier and actually gets excited to go. My daughter even asks to attend on weekends! Since starting back, our son has come on in leaps and bounds — his language development has improved significantly, and he has built wonderful relationships with his educators. We can’t thank Jacinta and Grace enough for the incredible support they give him. Our daughter is thriving in her room and is always talking about Sophy and Tayla. It’s such a relief and joy to see both our children so happy. I also have to mention Sheree (CM), who has been amazing. She always takes the time to answer my questions, is hands-on, and even helps with our son’s therapist sessions. Our therapists have commented on how rare and refreshing it is to see a centre genuinely show such interest and care. We are so grateful to the Matisse team for creating such a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment — it has made the world of difference for our family.

A well deserved update Thank you to Sheree and her Team for making a difference. I write this with an amazing an happy heart. My children were so unsettled previously at the service constantly sick always signing incident reports greeted by agency staff and some familar faces... under new management this has been an absolute dream my children are smiling and faces everyday are familiar to them they dont come home sick anymore and least to say what is an incident report. Im very thankful to your team thank you all for making our children number one priority its great to chat with parents and they are just as happy. Great work team forever greatful. Now can you open a service in Eglington next year

The most amazing centre, the educators in my son’s room are amazing. The way they update throughout the day or if he wasn’t settled at drop off. It warms my heart knowing he is in such great hands as a first time mama. Highly recommend !!

Great centre, and friendly staff. Our daughter started in the baby room where she was happy and settled she has not long moved up into the next room throughout this process both us as parents and our daughter have been supported through this transition period. Our daughter always holds out her arms at drop offs to hug the educators which leaves me feeling comfortable as I know my daughter is well looked after and loves coming to the centre and has created strong bonds with the educators.

This service is AMAZING! My daughter is neurodivergent and has always struggled at other services to find connection with her educators. This service went above and beyond in creating a strong, understanding and a supportive relationship with her. They adapted traditional teaching styles to support her and ensured they put in not only the time and effort but also truly caring for her. I am so thankful to have found this service and it makes my heart so full to see educators caring and understanding my child like she was their own! 💕💕💕

Not impressed with the care at this centre to say the absolute least! In the two weeks leading up to my 1 year old child’s last day at the centre 5/10 days he has come home with a full and spoiled nappy, despite 2 reminders from me. Not just that, 5 incident reports from injuries. I had to point out to the educators on an additional occasion that my child came home with a huge bruised bite mark on his arm to which the response was “oh sorry, we gave no idea how that happened”.. not only that my child has come home utterly filthy despite having several additional sets of clothes in his bag. I am understanding that you can’t watch them every second but this is beyond a joke. If we had another option during our 2 weeks notice period we would not have continued with this centre. DO NOT send your baby here!!!!!!

A few months ago, our family moved to this area, and we decided to enroll our daughter at this center. From her very first day, she adapted quickly and showed great interest in the various activities. She absolutely loves going to the center every day. Previously, at her former center, she would often cry and say she didn’t want to go, which broke my heart. However, seeing her happy and well-adjusted here has brought me so much joy and relief. The educators at this center are incredibly kind, and their warm smiles are always so reassuring. The care and attention they provide truly make a difference. I would recommend this center 1,000,000,000,000% to anyone! Thank you for creating such a wonderful environment for our children.
