One of the worst daycare experiences I’ve ever had. Both my boys attend another daycare as well and have never had any issues there — but at this new one, it seems too much for the head director to handle. The director came out and practically verbally attacked my partner over our kids, instead of having a calm, professional conversation. She threw her hands up in the air and carried on in front of everyone like a child herself. Completely unacceptable behaviour from someone meant to be in charge of caring for children. One of my boys is autistic, and we explained clearly that he prefers his own space and can be sensitive to loud or overwhelming environments. Instead of showing understanding or care, they yelled at him for not wanting to join group activities. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this was shocking. The director should know how to handle situations respectfully and with compassion — not by raising her voice or labelling a child “difficult” in front of others. The other daycare he attends has never once said a negative word about him. That says everything.

What a lovely centre with a beautiful outdoor area for children!!! Plenty of large open (yet safe) spaces with so many different activities and play centres and equipment, so children will never get bored. Lots of opportunities for them to stretch their legs and explore and develop new motor skills. The manager seems very dedicated to both her staff and the children. I get a good vibe about this place. 🧡

My child is well taken care of. I had experiences with my eldest in other child cares which wasn’t good enough but this is far much better with learning, good staffing, great care in Taylor for my youngest.
