We’ve had such a positive experience with this centre and wanted to share how grateful we are for the care my son receives. Educators like Isaac, Jacintha, Sarah, Paige, and the rest of the team are always warm, patient, and genuinely invested in my child. It’s clear how much effort they put into creating a safe and supportive environment, and we really appreciate all of them. We also love that the bush kinder program is open to all age groups, not just the kinder kids. It’s a great opportunity for every child to explore and learn outdoors, and my son looks forward to it every week. The management team is always smiling and easy to talk to. They’re approachable with any questions I have, which makes the whole experience feel even more welcoming and reassuring. Overall, we feel very lucky to be part of this community and would happily recommend the centre to other families.

I just want to say how grateful I am for this daycare. As a first-time mum, choosing somewhere for your baby is such a big decision, you just hope the people there will be loving, gentle and genuine. And that’s exactly what this centre has been. The educators are so warm and caring. You can tell they truly enjoy the kids and take the time to really understand their little personalities. My baby has grown so much since starting here, he’s happy, settled and clearly feels safe with them, which means everything. And honestly, every time I walk into the centre, I just feel so welcomed. Everyone is friendly, down-to-earth, and always up for a little chat or a laugh. It’s such a nice atmosphere — you never feel like you’re just rushing in and out. They make you feel comfortable and at ease, which I really appreciate. The communication and photos throughout the day honestly give so much peace of mind. I love that I still feel connected and reassured knowing he’s being looked after so beautifully. I’m just really thankful to have found a place where my little one is loved, supported and thriving. The whole team is amazing, and I appreciate them more than they know. ❤️

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Eden Academy Cranbourne West. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with warmth, and professionalism. My daughter is in the Junior Nursery section (8 months old); however, she still gets to interact with the other children of all ages as well as the educators. The educators are incredibly kind, empathetic, and deeply invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. They take the time to get to know every child, making drop-offs smoother and creating a safe, welcoming space where kids feel confident and cared for. Which allows the parents to feel at ease. The vibe when ever you attend the site, whether it be morning drops offs, or end of day pickups is always amazing. It is always calm (even when there is a bit of chaos happening) and everyone you meet you get the sense they are in the right space. It’s always a sigh of relief when your child will happily go with someone to start their day and nice to see them interacting not only with other children but all the Educators. The centre itself is beautifully designed, with calming indoor spaces and vibrant outdoor areas that encourage exploration and play. (I definitely want those rugs for my house) The curriculum blends structured learning with creative, play-based activities, helping children build essential skills while having fun. I especially appreciate the nature-based learning approach and the strong focus on social and emotional development. Communication with parents is excellent—daily updates, photos, and insights into our child’s progress help us feel connected and reassured. (I love getting the emails with the daily photos and finding out what she has been up to that day) The meals are nutritious and thoughtfully prepared and even include the children at times, and the centre goes above and beyond with extras like the educational incursions which are open to all Children to Participate in regardless of their Age. Eden Academy Cranbourne West truly feels like an extension of our family, as a First Time Single Mum (by choice) it has put my mind at complete ease having my little one attend this centre. I’m so grateful for the care and dedication the team provides every day. A little shout out to Jacinta, Bronwyn, Hayley, and Paige and all those that have given my little one all the love and enduring her craziness of moving from one skill to the next so quick with the small bumps along the way. Love this centre! As a first time mum I was anxious sending my 12 week old baby to care but the team helped make the transition so smooth. The love & care they give the children is amazing. Makes me feel so reassured when leaving my boy knowing he is getting the best care & all the cuddles! The nursery team UNREAL! Big thank you to Jacintha, Tanya & brownwyn for giving my baby so much love & all the updates during the day. The management are so supportive too 🤍 The pen pal program is also amazing as well as all the weekly incursions. My parents love receiving there letters! highly recommended!!

Since moving our son to Eden he has flourished. His confidence, vocabulary and independence has started shining through. The staff at Eden in Cranbourne West go above and beyond. They care to know our family members names, our traditions and culture and also incorporate anything that we have been doing outside of childcare into his activities there. For example we had our sons first camp fire, so his educators made a pretend one in childcare to Incorporate and extend on his learning and interest. Lastly to say that the team like to have a good time at work is an understatement. Taking all celebrations the extra mile, dressing up for discos and I mean truly dressing up and getting into the spirit. Spoiling us mums on Mother’s Day was next level. You really do join a wonderful community when you attend here and it’s so lovely and welcoming. We couldn’t be happier.

Eden Academy Cranbourne west is hands down the best centre in the area. My son absolutely loves going there. From the moment , we stepped in , we immediately knew that this is exactly what we’ve been looking so far. The centre manager as well as the educators are lovely and very approachable. Educators always make sure to provide us with all the updates for our son towards the end of the day so that we do not miss on any information. They always goes above and beyond to cater my son’s individualised needs and willing to contribute to his development as much as they can . The centre is very clean , tidy and well equipped with structured activities in place . I would highly recommend Eden Academy Cranbourne West to anyone who is looking for a quality service .
