Little Loftys is a family owned and operated childcare centre and preschool which caters for children aged 6 months to 5 years old. The centre owners, Laureen and Anthony, have operated centres for over 20 years within the Sutherland and St George areas. Family ownership brings with it a focus on the attention to detail, the drive for success, as well as managing of the day to day running of the business.

Little Loftys operates 7am – 6pm, 50 weeks a year (closing over the Christmas break). We provide the highest quality care, education, maintain higher staff ratios and qualifications than those required by NSW Department of Education. Our previous centres have rated EXCEEDING in all 7 quality areas, and we strive to achieve the same outcome for Little Loftys.

Our mission is to provide a homelike environment for children and their families which consists of learning areas that promote children’s Being, Belonging and Becoming as outlined in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Our goal is always community focused. This will start with using local tradespeople and services to construct our centre whilst striving to use Australian made. We have the highest energy rating and efficiency with a 30KW solar system and energy efficient building products and methodologies. We believe in sustainability, and this started during construction and has now been carried through our centre ethos.

With over 20 years early childcare centre management experience, we have the knowledge, know-how and reputation that families can trust to care and educated their children.
