We started our son at Learning Ladder Preston earlier this year and it has been such a good decision for our family.

From the first visit the staff and carers have been amazing — genuinely warm, welcoming and so easy to talk to. Drop-off never feels rushed. They greet him by name, take the time to settle him in, and you can tell they actually know the kids, not just supervise them. That made the transition so much easier than we expected.

The centre itself is beautiful. Clean, bright, well set up, with plenty of space for the children to play and explore. It feels cared for, not just functional.

He looks forward to his days there and comes home happy. As a parent, that’s the bit that matters most — knowing he’s safe, settled and looked after by people who clearly love what they do.

Couldn’t recommend Learning Ladder Preston more highly.

An Amazing Experience at Learning Ladder Preston

We are extremely happy with your experience at **Learning Ladder Preston**, especially with Mona, Megha, and the entire team.

My wife and I came to Learning Ladder Preston when we were looking to enrol our son. This was our first experience putting our son into kindergarten in Australia, so we had many questions and honestly did not know much about how the Australian kindergarten and education system works.

From our very first visit, Mona and Megha were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and patient. They explained everything to us step by step, including how the kindergarten works, the daily routine, the education system, and the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and how to apply for it. Mona especially took the time to explain the CCS process clearly, which helped us understand things that were completely new to us.

As parents, one of our biggest concerns was how our son would settle in. It was his first time attending kindergarten in Australia, so we were expecting that he might be upset, miss us, or have difficulty staying in a completely new environment with new people. We even thought we might receive a call asking us to come and pick him up.

But we were pleasantly surprised. We never received a call saying that he was not settling in. Instead, he settled in very well and became comfortable with the environment and the staff. Seeing him happy and confident when he goes to kindergarten has given us so much peace of mind.

The staff are truly impeccable and caring. They look after the children with so much attention and kindness that, as parents, we feel we can leave our son there without constantly worrying about him. There are also some staff members whose names I unfortunately cannot remember, but they have become some of my son's favourite people. He often asks whether his favourite staff member is coming that day, which says a lot about how comfortable and happy he feels with them. ❤️

We also really appreciate the food provided by the centre. It is very convenient for us as parents, and we are happy with the way they take care of the children's meals and daily needs.

Another thing we really appreciated was how much we learned from the team. After speaking with Mona and Megha, my wife and I understood much more about how education and kindergarten work in Australia. As parents who were new to the Australian system, their guidance made the whole process much easier and less stressful for us.

A big thank you to Mona and Megha for taking the time to answer all our questions and making us feel welcome from the beginning. And a huge thank you to the **entire Learning Ladder Preston team** for taking such wonderful care of our son.

Most importantly, our son is happy, settled, and excited to go to kindergarten, and that is the best feeling a parent can have.

We would highly recommend Learning Ladder Preston to other parents, especially families who are new to Australia and may not know how the kindergarten and education system works here. The caring staff, communication, support, food, and overall environment have made our experience really positive.

Thank you, Learning Ladder Preston, Mona, Megha, and the whole team, for looking after our little boy so well.
