This is our 4th year with the before and aftercare program at the Hillside campus and both my children absolutely love going.

I couldn’t be happier with the amazing care and service provided by Jess and the team at Big Childcare Donnybrook. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming and nurturing environment for the children. The staff are always kind, professional, and full of energy, ensuring every day is fun and engaging. Jess and her team in Donnybrook has provided my family with reliable and stressfeee after school care for the last 6 years. My daughter loves Jess and her time in after care. Jess is kind , friendly and loves the kids in her care and this is very reassuring for a parent.

Edit to add. Arrive this morning everything is locked up and no one is here. So late to work again as result of this child care centre. So disappointed with this service. I returned to full time work. They have made everything difficult from the get go, from take nearly two months to enrol my child. They changed the opening times during the holidays to 8:00am with NO notice to parents They were not going to let him in at 7:58 as it was not 8:00am. It’s been fantastic arriving late to work every morning due to Big child cares poor organisation skills. Staff arrive at 8:00 everything is locked up. They cancelled all the excursions for the holiday's at last minute. Resulting in the kids staying at the centre the whole time. My account is in credit yet they still take a direct debt from my account and refuse to refund the $8.80 fee. Even though my account is in credit. I don’t think they should be running a direct debit on my account if I have credit on my fees that cover the whole amount. Then charge me a fee and refuse to waive it. Fancy being charged a fee for having you account in credit. I am so disappointed I was hoping OSHC would be a fun place for my son while I am at work however this hasn’t been the case they have caused so much unnecessary stress to my family. Things need to change here. Upper management needs to review.

Ask for money frequently and quickly, but bond refund is too slow. We still not get our bond refund yet.
