Moving my girls from a previous centre where we had lost trust in management, we came to YMCA with fears and a bit of anxiety but the staff was extremely supportive, helping our family navigate the transition with ease. They are great at communicating with families, processes are monitored and recorded, educators are great at communicating with families and genuinely care about children well being and development. They have helped my girls feel confident, learn new things, develop problem solving, and have empowered them. Once the girls settled at YMCA, I felt that I could trust the staff, a feeling I couldn’t have with the previous childcare we were in.<br>Thank you again to all the team for all their support and care.

Caring and responsible staff

My son has been attending YMCA ELC for 8 months. The centre has great management, caring educators, and consistently high-quality service. The orientation was challenging due to my child’s condition, but the staff were patient, dedicated, and very supportive. A special thank you to Chandra for her constant support, guidance, kind heart and timely updates. Also, thanks to her amazing team - Ambika and Nahar - as well as the lovely admin Zana.
