From the moment you step inside, you can feel how welcoming, nurturing, and genuinely child-focused the environment is. The educators go above and beyond, they truly know the children, support their individual needs, and create such fun, meaningful learning experiences. The communication is fantastic, the rooms are always beautifully set up, and there’s such a strong sense of community throughout the centre. Our eldest child in the Kindy Room has grown in confidence, made wonderful friendships, has learnt so much and is always excited to go in each morning. Big shout out to Kerryn, Tamara & Carla. You have made such an impression on our daughter and she can’t speak highly enough of you all! We are so thankful for the amazing educators and the love they put into everything they do. Highly, highly recommend to any family looking for a safe, caring, and inspiring place for their little ones.

We couldn’t be happier with Eden North Haven. From the moment you walk in, there’s such a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. The staff are incredibly welcoming and the management team is always open, approachable and supportive with communication, this is something we really value. Both of my children attend full-time and they are genuinely excited to come each morning. It’s such a comfort knowing they’re so well looked after throughout the day. Their educators treat them with such care and kindness that they really do feel like part of our extended family. We’re so grateful to have found a place where our kids feel safe, happy and loved. Highly recommend!

Made an enquiry to conduct a tour, during the enquiry asked some questions related to male educators and their policy around notification to parents of changed educators/relief staff. As a first time mother, returning to work with no choice but to utilise childcare, however still concerned due to number of recent uncovering cases of child sexual assaults by male child carers (I am aware there are some great ones out there too however statistics and recent events raise concern for my daughter like any parent naturally). The director stated that was discrimination and they would not notify parents of males present to care for my child even if I requested this specifically. Her tone completely changed as if she was shocked and unwilling to even remotely understand and as a single mother with no “village”’this was upsetting to say the least. Also stated only two times of the day to tour and cannot do it out of these times, my sister is in management of a childcare company in VIC/NSW and said, if they only offer particular times they are staged tours and highly managed during those times. Red flag. The response from Koda, change in approach and tone in voice when I expressed anxieties due to high number of sexual abuse cases and infants being tested for STDs STIS and recent lawsuits, and how parents are kept up to date with who is in the centre, was alarming and therefore cancelled any further enquiries. As Adults/elderly we are allowed to request preferred gender nurses and careers and requests are respected and met, but children and parents are called discriminatory when doing so and borderline insulted and shamed. Will avoid all Eden Centre’s after this unfortunate interaction. Shame on you for shaming an anxious single mother.

My twin girls love going here! I was nervous about them starting child care. However, the centre is beautiful, the centre manager & educators are genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development, and there’s a large variety of toys and creative activities done daily. I’ve always been very impressed with their diligence handling minor incidents and tracking daily activities

Our twin girls started at Eden North Haven in November last year, and have absolutely loved every single day of it. The staff are all so incredibly kind and caring towards not only our girls but to my husband and I. We really feel a sense of community at the childcare and it has made the transition back to work for me so much easier knowing that our girls are so well looked after by people who seem to genuinely want to be there. This centre has everything, the facility is great and they take the children on fun excursions (outside of the centre and inside), provide the most delicious meals for the children and for families and communicate with parents very regularly. If you are looking for a place to send your children look no further. I will be sad (and the girls will too) to leave this community in a few months when we move back to qld.
