⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br><br>Had a tour of Little Zak’s Rhodes on Friday and was really impressed. Andy was so friendly and welcoming, and explained everything super clearly. She was happy to answer all of my questions, which made the whole experience really easy.<br><br>The centre is beautiful, well organised, and has such a lovely, calm atmosphere. The children all looked happy, confident and engaged, and it was really nice to see the genuine relationships they have with their educators.<br><br>Looking forward to hopefully having our daughter attend in the future!

We recently toured Little Zak’s Rhodes for our baby next year and tour were very impressed. The educators were warm and welcoming, and the children looked happy, engaged, and well cared for. The director answered all of our questions and explained the enrolment process clearly. Although there is currently a waitlist, we’re more than happy to wait for a place because we genuinely feel this is the right centre for our child.

My daughter has only recently started at Little Zak's Rhodes, and we've had such a positive experience so far. The educators communicate with us every day and always provide updates about her day. Through the app, we receive photos and information about the activities she's participated in, how she's been eating, and how she's settling in, which gives us great peace of mind.<br><br>The educators are caring, patient, and supportive, making the transition into childcare much easier for both my daughter and our family. The Centre Director is also responsive and approachable, always willing to answer questions and provide support whenever needed.<br><br>It's reassuring to know exactly what my daughter is doing each day, and most importantly, she is happy and enjoying her time at the centre. We recently toured Little Zak's Academy Rhodes and decided to look elsewhere. The centre looked quite overcrowded, and we learned that because so many children attend, they have an internal waitlist system. This means if you rely on the Child Care Subsidy, you might have to wait for an approved spot and end up paying the full daily price out-of-pocket for certain days. Aside from the capacity and fee issues, my husband and I were left with a very bad impression during our tour. We noticed an educator who appeared highly disengaged; slouching, shrugging, and openly scowling while interacting with the young children. While the manager touring us noticed our looks and explained it was that specific carer's final day on the job, it was still deeply concerning. We felt the educator should have maintained a professional standard around the children and touring families, and that management should have called out the behaviour immediately on the floor. Overall, the combination of a crowded environment, complicated internal waitlists affecting fees, and the lack of immediate staff professionalism made us decide this wasn't the right fit for our family.

Both my son and daughter have attended this childcare centre since they were babies, and we have had such a wonderful experience throughout the years. The educators genuinely care for the children and look after them like family. They always create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where the children feel happy and secure.
