The love, care and teaching that our 2 year old daughter receives at Genius is truly exceptional! Our daughter runs to the play center in the mornings and doesn't want to leave in the evenings. It's the warmth of the talented and compassionate educators that makes all the difference, so thank you to the fantastic team at Genius!

We could not be happier with the environment Kelly and her team at Genius provide our daughter at day care. Our daughter loves the daily activities which we have noticed has really enhanced her learning and development. The Centre has an amazing layout for kids and the staff are super friendly. We highly recommend this child care from our awesome experience.

My daughter started at Genius Harris Street in November 2021 and we have had an excellent experience with the centre from her very first day. The team at the centre are all very welcoming and friendly, which makes my daughter feel very special from the moment we walk in the door. Their curriculum is excellent and well communicated to families. The weekly menu is nutritious, varied, and by all accounts, delicious! The centre is spacious, with lovely resources and an amazing outdoor area. I feel very informed with constant updates and photographs of my daughter’s day through the Xplor app. Thoroughly recommend this centre.

Since Genius took over the previous child care everything started to go from bad to worse. My both kids used to go there, my eldest started school this year and since I unenrolled him I did not get his bond back. My youngest kept going for almost one more year until I decided the program and care were very poor even when suddenly they decided to increase the fees $20 dollars per day!!! We are still waiting for the bonds even though I follow up from months and I provided all the documentation necessary to proof that we paid the bonds in the past and they must to give us our money back. It is the worst experience with chid cares I have ever had! They are like thieves!

Referring to the centre that was supposed to open on Harris Street. I enrolled my daughter July of last year before the centre opened. Back then it was going to be Little Zaks. The person I spoke with from Little Zaks was lovely which encouraged my decision to proceed with the enrollment. Unfortunately, COVID delayed the initial opening date in January and that was well communicated. The centre also changed hands to Genius Childcare. Also fine. During that period I was advised that the Opening date was going to be March 2021. The beginning of the month. As February was drawing to a close, I heard nothing about a potential orientation so I phoned. A lady called Houda took my call and said that they were awaiting approval from the department of education. She offered me an alternative which was the centre on Bridge St. As I had previously looked at that one I declined. The staff were great but the kids are stuck indoors. As March rolled around and there was still no word of opening, I placed my daughter at another centre. When I tried to call Geniu, it became increasingly difficult to speak with someone and voicemails weren't getting a response. Nor were my emails. At this point, I was requesting my bond to be refunded because they didn't meet their obligation. It may not have been within their control, but these things happen and other arrangements had to be made. After several attempts to contact Genius by phone and email, I finally got through to Houda. She said that she would try to get my bond back, but it was through Little Zaks. Her response was less than satisfactory. As Genius had taken over, it is their responsibility to arrange a refund. This was a month ago. No refund. No response to emails, no response to calls. I can't even leave a voicemail anymore. Instead, I get stock standard template emails about how they're opening soon. Lovely. I wish them all the best. But can I want my refund. We're almost in the middle of April.
