After a disappointing experience at another childcare centre, I moved my daughter from Goodstart Early Learning Cranbourne East to Birches Early Learning Centre Cranbourne East in March due to ongoing concerns about negligence and inadequate care. My daughter frequently came home with bite marks and scratches, and despite raising these concerns multiple times, they were never properly addressed or acknowledged. Making the decision to move her was one of the best choices we've made.<br><br>From day one at Birches, the difference has been remarkable. Three months later, she is genuinely excited to go to daycare every morning and comes home happy every afternoon. A heartfelt thank you to her wonderful educators—Bhakti, Shalika, Nilyanka, Sangeetha, and Casey—for the care, patience, and encouragement they show every day.<br><br>The centre offers nutritious meals and fantastic extracurricular activities such as dance sessions, dentist visits, safety and wellbeing programs, and animal incursions, all of which have contributed positively to my daughter's development. I've noticed her becoming more confident, independent, and responsible at home. She also talks happily about her friends, which reflects the warm, caring, and inclusive environment the centre has created.<br><br>I would also like to acknowledge Kavita, the Centre Manager, who has always been approachable, supportive, and willing to help whenever needed. The professionalism and genuine care shown by the entire team deserve recognition.<br><br>If you're looking for a childcare centre where your child will be safe, happy, and supported to thrive, I highly recommend Birches Early Learning Centre Cranbourne East. We cannot recommend Birches Childcare highly enough. The educators have cared for both of our boys for over three years, starting from when they were roughly just 8 weeks old and 7 months old and they have been nothing short of incredible.<br>From the very beginning, they made us feel comfortable and confident leaving our babies in their care. Always making it a priority to care for my boys who were completely breastfed They have always shown genuine love, patience, kindness, and dedication, treating our boys as if they were part of their own family.<br>Always had time and patience to talk through challenges and any concerns.<br>Watching our children grow into happy, confident, and curious little boys has been so special, and we know that Birches has played a huge part in that journey. The educators go above and beyond every single day, creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can learn and thrive.<br>As parents, there is no greater comfort than knowing your children are loved and cared for while you're away. Honestly I love this place for my son, the educators are the ones that really make it feel so welcoming and my son absolutely loves them!

After being at other childcare centres we have finally found a centre that we don’t feel like just a number! The educators have taken great care and patience with my son to ensure he has settled in and is enjoying his days at his new centre. Management has also been so great to deal with and nothing is ever too hard for them. My son has loved the beautiful outdoor area and is now thriving. Would definitely recommend Birches Early Learning for anyone that is looking for care

My now 4 year old son absolutely loves the educators here. It has been 3 amazing years and I must say it was our best decision made. Educators and managers have so much love and respect for kids and families. My son has definitely made some lifetime memories here. 100% recommend. Thank you Milestones for everything.

My daughter loves going to Milestones Cranbourne, she loves the educators who are very supportive, caring and helpful in getting her school ready. I cannot thank the educators for the care they have provided for my daughter. I highly recommend to all as this has helped us be at work with ease of mind and know that our daughter is well cared for. All the educators are fully qualified and they go above and beyond to cater for the needs of my daughter. The food is so delicious my daughter is a fussy eater and she loves the food at milestones.

My son loves going to his daycare, started at 8mths and would cry when I leave the room but now he is happy with go to the educators (which he loves) and play with his little friends. Love getting updates on how he is going and how they encourage the parents to be involved and ask term goals. Every educators knows my son by name, it's like a big family and not just another child they have to look after. I like how the sizes aren't too big so the educators can really have time with each child and each child can have time with the educators. I would highly recommend milestones

I have a wonderful experience. It has been a nice environment for my 4yo daughter to learn a lot and make friends. She has a great relationship with all of her educators, whom I have found to be very caring and professional. Otherwise, we'd happily be staying at milestones. I would recommend Milestone early learning centre to all who are looking for a safe and effective learning centre in the area.
