My youngest son has been in care here for about a year now, in that time has developed a deep affection and rapport with the lovely girls he’s had leading the room last year and also this year, Tiarna being a particular favourite. With the Xplore app I am able to see all the fun and interesting things he gets up to during the day, and when I do the drop off in the mornings or arrive for pick up - I’m able to witness just how caring and sweet the educators are not only with my boy but with the other children also. As a father to a ten year old and an eighteen month old, one of the hardest things you’ll ever have to try and do - is place the safety of your children in someone else’s hands no matter what age your children are. In a setting where there are more children than your own, that can be even more daunting. I believe in my heart that the director of this centre has a passion for early education and along with that comes the care for children’s safety and well being while inside those four walls. Leading from the front the Director and 2iC set a great example of the good a centre can achieve when working together, and I can see the effect that has on the staff. From an outside perspective it seems that there were a few bad eggs in the staff that were bringing tension and drama into the workplace. The unfortunate thing is that although the bad eggs have left, some of the good eggs also have. Friendly, Warm & Welcoming with Love, Care and Early Learning. Couldn’t recommend more!

Given all the negative things said about childcare centres in recent years, and looking around for the right fit for our little one, we were understandably nervous. However, the team at Wyong Oz Education have put all concerns to rest effortlessly! Since the first day, the team have been incredible. Transparent, professional and welcoming. Our little one has gone from strength to strength since starting care in P2, is happy and excited to go to daycare! We couldn't recommend this centre and the team enough!

Our daughter loves her school. She’s happy so we are happy. Teachers are always welcoming upon arrival and departure, Meghan, Aimee and Tiarna along with the room teachers make it look effortless. They work like a team and it’s lovely to see. Great environment for our daughter and her ever changing needs!

I have had nothing but an amazing experience at Oz Ed Wyong! A few shoutouts that have played a pivotal role in my son’s development- Tiarna, Morgan, Ash, Bec, and Jorja- all amazing ladies that have given their all into my son’s care. Their attentiveness and caring nature do not go unnoticed! They always post the sweetest updates/photos throughout the day and my son is always smiling and having fun. There is also a beautiful management team- Aimee and Meaghan- that are very welcoming and friendly every time you enter the facility! Thank you Oz Ed Wyong for everything! ❤️

Even though we had been keenly awaiting the opening of Oz Ed Wyong, I was anxious about changing from the daycare our child was established in. That anxiety melted away very quickly once he started at Oz Ed as I saw how seamlessly he settled in. The educators in his room clearly demonstrate that they are building a positive rapport with him by getting to know who he is as an individual and by communicating how he interacts with his peers. Our praise is not only for the educators in the his room, but also the educators from the adjacent rooms. As we have a demanding schedule currently, we often interact with these educators at the end of the day and find that they are attentive and friendly. Since starting to attend Oz Education, he has met milestones that had felt out of reach. From simple things such as drinking milk from a cup more confidently, to more crucial langiage milestones. Having certain behaviours modelled by his peers and encouraged by his educators is clearly having a positive impact due to social learning. All the seemingly small details, like the educators all wearing their SunSmart, wide brimmed hats, has had such a positive impact. We love that you guys lead by example. I also find the clear communication on medical conditions comforting. The fact that you have pictures of kids with medical conditions in each room and his picture on his medical bag is fantastic. Thank you for making the transition so easy and for providing a stimulating and positive environment for our son.
