Have been really kind and supportive with me and my daughter attending for just under a year. Getting picked up for after school care and holiday sessions always makes her so happy and excited. She loves seeing her friends there.

I would not recommend this daycare service. I had my child enrolled here, and during that time, I witnessed numerous concerning issues involving both staff practices and the care provided to children. I raised several concerns with staff about problems my child experienced. Each time, I was told that the issue would be addressed in a staff meeting, but nothing ever changed. The same problems kept occurring, creating a frustrating cycle with no real resolution. I am particularly concerned about how children are treated. On multiple occasions, I witnessed children being forced to sleep during designated “sleep time,” which is inappropriate and not respectful of their individual needs. Additionally, many children do not appear to be receiving the level of care and attention they deserve. There also seems to be a lack of engagement from staff. Activities are minimal, and children are not being meaningfully supported in their learning and development. Some staff appear disengaged and do the bare minimum. Another serious concern is how children are managed during hot weather. There have been times when children were taken outside without proper access to water, or their water bottles were not regularly refilled, despite extreme temperatures. Overall, based on my experience I cannot recommend this daycare ever. Also, don’t waste your money on their “vacation care trips”, you pay around $100 for them to spend the day at a free park.

My daughter attends Djinda Dreaming Leda 5 days a week and absolutely loves this place! 10/10 highly recommended. Tash and staff go above and beyond for the children and parents. I couldn’t ask for a better centre to be minding my child whilst I work 🤩

My kids (aged 4 and 2) attended Djinda for a few months and they loved it here. All the staff were so welcoming. Special shout out to Lou who was so great with our kids! Every morning when they saw her, their faces lit up.
