I am so grateful to the educators at South Street Early Learning. When I first visited with my 8-month-old son, the tour was conducted by Elsa, who truly understood my worries as a first-time mum leaving my child in care for the first time.<br><br>A year and a half later, I couldn’t be happier with our decision. My son has grown so much during his time here—he started crawling, walking, and now talking while attending the centre. He has progressed through the rooms, including Banded Bees with Tahmeena and her wonderful team, who have been incredibly supportive not only of my child but also of our family during some difficult times.<br><br>A special thank you to Elsa, Tahmeena, Rojina, Jeena, Trisha, Afronza, Rashimi, Erandi, Jira, Noor, Santina, Claire and Strocy. Your kindness, patience, dedication and genuine care have played such an important role in my son’s growth and development. It is clear that each educator takes the time to build meaningful relationships with the children and their families.<br><br>It melts my heart every morning when we arrive and my son points to the centre with excitement, calling out the names of his educators with a big smile on his face. Seeing how happy, safe and loved he feels is the greatest reassurance any parent could ask for.<br><br>Thank you to all the educators and management team for everything you do. And to anyone I may have unintentionally forgotten to mention, or if I have misspelled your name, please know that your care, support and dedication are equally appreciated. We are very happy with our experience at South St ELC. The educators are professional, warm and caring and the art program in particular is fantastic. It provides a lot of peace of mind knowing our children are in good hands and genuinely enjoy going there. Highly recommend to any local families looking for quality care.

South St Early Learning Centre has been an absolute blessing for our family. The staff are incredibly caring patient and attentive and it’s clear they truly love what they do. My son has been attending South St ELC for the last 6 months. We absolutely love the centre! The staff are so welcoming and my son loves being there. Thank you to the team in the Blue Banded Bees room who have made the transition to childcare so smooth and easy.

I am truly satisfied with my experience at south st Early Learning childcare center. The environment was very friendly and professional, and the educational programs were diverse and engaging. My child’s teacher, Ms Katy was outstanding and showed great care and attention to my child. I am especially grateful to Ms. Faren, who went above and beyond to assist us during the enrollment process and with other matters. Her dedication and support made a significant difference, and I am truly appreciative of all her efforts.

Absolutely love this childcare, all educators and staff are welcoming, understanding. You can tell they love our little ones and their job. Laura and the other office ladies have always been amazing the greeting when you instantly walk in, the little chats show how they aren’t just there for our children also for the parents. Mona has made my little ones childcare journey so easy, she’s a fantastic educator. Very attentive with what ever concerns I’ve had, my little one adores her. The connection she makes with parents and children is unmatched. I highly recommend south street early learning. Thank you for all that you guys do !

I thought the centre was doing great until I saw one of the senior teacher yelling and bossing to the junior staffs. I take my daughter once in 2 weeks or so and everytime I go there, a teacher name Tiyaki or Tyaki I dont remember fully, found her yell at other staffs and found out she was so rude to juniors. I saw her in a same temper 3/4 times until last week which was really bad to see. What kid learns is how their teacher behave.

Only think of the $$$ signs this centre and don't put your child's safety first. I guess it's ok to still have a kid attending the centre when he constantly hits others and hits kids in the head with rocks but single out a kid that hangs around the trouble maker and throw him out for what all because he threw a bottle and hit a parent by accident. But i guess it's ok for that trouble maker kid to kick us parents while picking up our kids from the centre double standards. It's a shame it used to be a decent place but when Tiara and Nicky left there are barely any good educators left bar one or two still there. There are plenty of child care centres around the area please do some research and look around.

Fabulous centre and Amazing staff! We’ve been at South Street for almost three weeks, and cannot fault it! Coming from another service where my son hated drop offs, we’ve finally mastered them without him being peeled off me, hysterical. Our son is excited to go to 3YO Kinder and enjoys telling us what he did - we could never get anything out of him at the last centre! Making the move was the best decision ever! There’s so many activities for the children to do! The care, knowledge, understanding and support of all the staff enable such a nurturing environment where we’ve seen our son thrive, and be a lot happier. We couldn’t thank you enough, especially Laura who has made the transition seamless! He enjoys entering in centre and being greeted by both Laura and Rachel who treat him like they’ve known him for years! Communication is fantastic and everyone happy to assist with what’s best for your child! Thank you South Street, you’ve made us all a lot happier!

Our daughter has been enrolled with South St since it opened its doors. As a mother who never spent a day without her baby, I was extremely worried about her adjusting into daycare. Initially she would refuse to eat and sleep there. I worked alongside her educator, Parita on a variety of strategies to overcome her anxiety. She gradually became familiar with mealtime and sitting together with her peers at the table. Soon after that she understood the concept of eating at the centre and taking her naps there too. With the guidance and support of her educators, my daughter is now feeding herself and always open to trying new food. Thank you to the wonderful Parita, and the lovely ladies caring for her now. I’m forever grateful for the effort and time the team at South St have put into my daughter. We can quite happily call it our second home.
