Amazing service!! The new director Abbie is so caring and passionate, and the team is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Charley’s. Our son has learnt and grown so much thanks to the amazing, caring, and supportive staff. After being at another centre for two years, the difference at Charley’s is truly incredible. You can genuinely see the love, care, and passion they have for every child. The learning experiences they provide are engaging, thoughtful, and have helped our son thrive in so many ways. Not only do they make the children feel safe and valued, but they also make us as a family feel so welcomed and included. We are beyond grateful for everything they do and couldn’t recommend Charley’s more highly!

Do not enrol your child here if they have (or you suspect they have) a disability. My child was villainised. Two stars only because they treated my younger son, who is neurotypical, with patience, empathy and kindness.

Never send your kids to this daycare, the staff have no communication skills and the staff are very rude. I did a tour of this kindy and majority of the staff were sitting down doing absolutely nothing with no interactions with the kids. Do better

Could not recommend enough, i have a 14 month old son who has never been in childcare before & the staff made his transition so seamless. They all treat him like family & it allows me to go to work without the anxiety of wondering if he’ll be okay. They’ve helped him come out of his shell & become more independent. The centre is always clean & the communication is great, so glad i chose Charleys Place out of all the centres we toured

My now 1 year old daughter has been at Charley's Place Glenvale for a few months and we love it so much. The brand new centre is beautifully designed and the staff are so incredible. Angie and Kathy always greet everyone with an emphatic hello and the girls in the nursery are all so wonderful. As being a brand new centre, we were understanding of the initial start up demand and the roll out of processes, however their communication has always been prompt. We can't wait to see our daughter grow up through the centre.

Said they had full week availability then when I come in they say they’re stretching for days (totally understand). Sent a email as I didn’t hear back from them. (Lack of communication).I was able to go tour other centres around and heard back right away on availabilities. Then when I called them to follow up on my morning visit of the centre they had the audacity to discriminate my son on why they couldn’t ‘care’ for him as they couldn’t accommodate his ‘needs’ as he in non verbal and also stated they’re ‘Stretched for days’ I’ve never heard this from any daycare centre and felt hurt! I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re kid knows how to tie shoe laces by 1.!
