One of the worst childcare centre I have seen. They never bothered to make incident report if something happens. My son got hit by few kids and I was never been informed. Last day when I went to pick him up he was literally bleeding on his lips and when I asked from teacher what happened she said not sure may be someone hit him, I asked about incident report and again she was clueless. One day I even saw one kid throwing the furniture( wooden chair, tables etc) and the staff stood and just saying no to him expecting him to stop by himself . I was so scared that day about the other’s kids safety. They will have a new staff in every two weeks which is also one of the main reasons their staff is never aware of what’s happening. Also they don’t follow kindy curriculum, never saw them teaching anything to kids in kindy which is compulsory curriculum set by qld government. Extremely poor management which doesn’t care about literary anything from sign in, incident reports, kindy curriculum or child safety. When you would try to complain they will cancel your kid enrolment. Their new manager Renee is extremely rude, when I asked about the reason of why they never informed me about any of the incidents happening with my kid she just asked me to leave the office and told me she is cancelling my kid’s enrolment. Also they never returned the fee which they charged for that fortnight after cancelling the enrolment.

Picked up my Niece & Nephew last week from this centre and it was lovely! I had Renee greet me at the front desk with a smiley face and the centre looked so clean!! I will definitely be sending my kiddies here.
