The most wonderful daycare! We moved to this centre several months ago now from a different daycare and it’s been the best decision. My son loves it here, the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. They’re also super accommodating and understanding as my son is lvl 3 ASD. The areas for the children are huge and there’s so much for them to do. We started with a couple of small trial days and by the time my son started for his first full day there were no tears, he is always so excited to go to daycare and runs inside with excitement every single time. The carpark is great too, never had an issue with finding a free spot. There’s pet frogs and pet fish which my son is always happy to say ‘hi’ & ‘bye’ to. The staff are all genuinely happy which is so refreshing to see. At the moment they have decorated for Christmas and it’s so magical, you can see that the staff put a lot of love and care into what they do. It’s really such a lovely centre and I’m so glad my son gets to be a part of it.

When my twins went here it was a dreadful place. They kept on tripping over in the playground and injuring themselves, the playground was never closed off only promises it will be fixed in time, one kid even got her fingers trapped in the piano when left unsupervised to bang away at the keys. The manager needed to get one over on me all the time, casual days booked and agreed to were cancelled at the last minute by her, and I wonder what response she'll come back with on this post. My twins hated it here, a bizarre building which was never designed for childcare, and I wonder how they would go evacuating all those children from all those rooms if there was an actual emergency. The stairs were a nightmare, an accident waiting to happen. A couple of the women were lovely, while another got mean demanding I take my kid home after swearing she saw me give my child a Panadol at drop off when I didn't and rang me up once saying she couldn't settle one of them and to pick her up. I am not surprised she was upset in her presence as some people have as much warmth as an ice cube in an igloo. FYI twins attended the centre about 3 yrs ago. A new manager came on at the time, which was the one responsible for cancelling days last minute. She kept on writing these messages against negative feedback instead of taking this negative feedback onboard and accepting that a client wasn't happy with the centre, some staff and safety concerns. But seriously, how does a centre like this evacuate all these babies and children at a time of bushfire or building fire and where would they go if the trees are on fire around the building? I am surprised that the council has allowed this building in this location to become a childcare centre with this bush fire risk. How are parents supposed to be able to collect their children if the trees are on fire along the entrance? Have you asked the council whether they still consider the centre to be a suitable location? Perhaps in your response, you should address this rather minimise a client's experience wit the centre???

A great child care centre located in Littlehampton on a nice quiet street. The staff are fantastic always answer your questions honestly. And give you constant updates on how well your child went on the days they attended. The facilities are well kept and plenty of space/outdoor areas for the kids. And above all very reasonable fees. I highly recommend if you need childcare to leap into cool frogs a give em a go.

An absolutely amazing centre, where it feels like it is one big family. Educators & admin staff know all the children, greeting them by name upon arrival, which is such a wonderful welcome. When we had our 2nd child, they tried to be as accommodating as possible, even offering to meet us in the car park to take our son inside (or bring him out to us at pick up) so we didn't have to take the baby in. The food always smells amazing in the morning (I wish they did take home containers!) & my son eats more adventurously at childcare than at home.. we're constantly told by him that he prefers John's cooking. Could not recommend the centre more- you will not be disappointed to send your children to Cool Frogs!

Best childcare on the area by far! Classrooms and outdoor spaces are well kept and well managed. Kids often eat multiple servings of lunch so it must be delicious! Love the commitment to holiday traditions too.

Just moved to the area and both kids have loved it since day one. Staff are lovely and have made a lovely environment to walk into.

Absolutely love Cool Frogs. Great facilities, and an amazing, hard working team of educators. They've been an integral part of our family, and we've been so lucky to have them influence our kids in such a fantastic way.

Absolutely love Cool frogs 🐸 my son comes home very happy and has made some incredible friends, Cool frogs have catered to my son’s medical needs and been absolutely amazing with him for the past 2 years!

All the staff at cool frogs have made our transition to care seamless! They have taken so much care and consideration for our needs and made us feel very comfortable right from the start. Nothing is out of the question and our daughter loves going there. The staff are always so polite and go out of their way to ask us how we are and how best our daughter can be cared for. Forever grateful for cool frogs and the whole team at Littlehampton ❤️

Highly recommend Cool frogs at littlehampton. My daughter always has a great time, the staff are great and accomodating. My daughter started off very anxious and shy and now she is disappointed to leave her friends at cool frogs and go home haha! The staff are helpful. They help me with my questions and manage to fit her in when I get extra days at work. Can’t fault cool frogs and I always have and will continue to recommend them to everyone who are looking for a good childcare in the hills!
