I attended this centre today and was extremely concerned by what I experienced.<br><br>There was no secure entry code or locked entrance. I was able to walk straight in from the street and into reception, where I waited for approximately 10 minutes before any staff member noticed I was there. There was nobody present at reception during that time.<br><br>What concerned me most was that the children’s rooms were directly off the reception area and appeared to be accessible without passing through any further secure entry point. This means a person could potentially walk straight in from the street and towards the children’s rooms without being immediately noticed.<br><br>I find this particularly concerning given the importance of child safety and security in a childcare environment, and especially given my own family circumstances involving domestic violence and family law matters.<br><br>When a staff member eventually came out, I also found the receptionist’s manner rude and unwelcoming.<br><br>The lack of visible security, unattended reception and easy access towards the children’s rooms were significant concerns for me.

The funberry kids have been amazing with my son, they were kind and patient with him.. especially while he adjusted to being away from me. I will be sending my daughter there when we are ready for her to go

They are very friendly and are great with children of all ages and with parents also. They go out of their way to make sure your child is happy while they are there.

We love the staff are amazing, my son wants to go every day
