Both of my children attended MonashVale, starting in the Baby Room when they were less than one year old, and staying all the way through to Kindy.<br>As a parent, the biggest reassurance is seeing your children genuinely happy to go to daycare every morning. They settled in so quickly, came home happy every day, and built wonderful relationships with their educators. Children can’t fake that kind of trust and happiness—it reflects the genuine care, patience and warmth they receive from the people looking after them. We’re only leaving because our family is moving to a new area, and it’s honestly one of the hardest parts of the move. We’re incredibly grateful for everything the team has done for our family over the past few years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MonashVale to other parents looking for a caring and nurturing environment for their little ones.

I am deeply concerned that my child comes home with bruises and injuries almost every two weeks, and the teacher has consistently failed to protect him/her by claiming to "see nothing" or blaming it on self-inflicted accidents—this neglect of basic supervisory responsibility is unacceptable.

Our child attended MVELC since 13month old and now have moved on to prep. Honestly, we have not doubted the care that my child has received over the years. The teachers are consistent and caring, program and activities are engaging, and most importantly my child enjoyed going to MVELC (already asking to visit during school holiday). We could not have selected better child care after extensive research a few years ago❤️

An exceptional childcare centre that truly goes above and beyond. The teachers genuinely care for each child, and it shows — our child goes in happily every day and even misses the teachers during holidays. The programs and activities are thoughtfully designed, from emotional regulation and school-readiness (including a practical lunch box program) to engaging excursions and visits. The graduation ceremony and family support were incredibly meaningful. Compared with other centres, the hygiene, curriculum quality and level of care here are outstanding — even exceeding some private schools. We will always treasure this experience and look forward to visiting the teachers again in the future.

We have been extremely satisfied with our experience. Monash vale offers a wide range of activities and programs designed to suit the children’s developmental levels. My daughter is starting school next year, and she has been very well prepared for this next step through her time here. Another great strength is the stability of the staff. Many staffs have been here for a long time, which creates a calm and emotionally secure environment where children can feel safe and enjoy learning and play. They create a warm and loving environment where children feel safe and encouraged every day. The curriculum is rich and well-designed, supporting children’s overall development academically, socially, and emotionally. My daughter spent two very happy years here, and we have seen wonderful growth in her confidence and skills. My children have been going to Monash Vale ELC since 2020 and I cannot recommend them enough. All the staff are great and genuinely care about the children. The curriculum for kinder and preschool are amazing and even for the younger children, there are music, sport, art and Mandarin sessions each week. My kids enjoy going to Monash Vale so much and they always come home with the biggest smiles. Nick and Shanika are always so helpful with all the admin related questions and always do their best to support us.
