Monash Vale Early Learning Centre has been an absolute pleasure to be with. Both my kids have been going there since they were 1 year of age. It feels just like home, filled with so much of love, care, happiness and joy from all the staff educators and the entire team. The kids loved and enjoyed their time there. Well taken care of by everyone. The Daycare is very well organised, safe and clean, beautiful and entertaining for all ages of kids, parents and families that go there. It is one of the best decision I've ever made sending my kids there. Highly recommend their centre for anyone who wishes for their kids to feel loved, well taken care of, just like Home.

As our eldest prepares to leave Monash Vale ELC for primary school, I find myself reflecting on what an incredible journey we’ve had here and feeling genuinely grateful that our younger daughter, who started in the nursery this year, gets to spend the next three years in this wonderful community. What sets Monash Vale apart is something you feel the moment you walk through the door: the children truly are at the centre of everything they do. This isn’t just a slogan, it’s evident in every interaction, every program, and every thoughtful decision the educators make. The stability and warmth of the teaching team speaks volumes. Many staff members have been here for years, and you can see why. It creates a genuine sense of community where our children are known, loved, and nurtured by familiar faces who feel like extended family. This continuity has been invaluable for our family. The quality and variety of programs throughout the week are outstanding – from sports and music to literacy initiatives – each thoughtfully designed to engage and inspire young minds. But what has particularly moved us is the centre’s leadership in incorporating Indigenous perspectives into early childhood education. Our daughter regularly comes home excited to share what she’s learned about the Boonurong people, their culture, and traditions. These conversations have enriched our entire family’s understanding and respect for First Nations peoples. We trust Monash Vale implicitly with the care and education of our children. Our family has been part of Monash Vale for over 5 years now, and it has been an incredibly positive experience. Our daughter started at just 6 months old when I had to return to work during the COVID period. Like any new parent, I was nervous—but the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the educators made all the difference. Fast forward to today—she’s now 5 years old, full of confidence, kindness, and curiosity. The nurturing environment at Monash Vale has helped shape her into the wonderful little person she is. Naturally, when our son was born, we didn’t think twice about enrolling him at the same centre. He’s now 18 months old and absolutely loves his time there. It’s been a joy to see him settle in so happily and start learning so much already. The educators are truly exceptional—they treat the children like their own, provide thoughtful learning experiences, and maintain excellent communication with parents. The daily updates and photos are a highlight for us! Monash Vale has become a second home for our children, and we’re deeply grateful for the love and support we’ve received over the years. We sent our little one to Monash Vale since she was 10 month old and she has spent her most important 3 years over there now. It has been our most wise decision ever! We really appreciate all yours and your educators love and caring for the little one and we know how much she loves and grows from there. We will always appreciate on those days when Amsa and Alice from baby room gave her so much patience to settle her down, Joanna and Cici helped a lot to transfer her from baby room to toddler room, Echo, Yuka and Rushidi supports and helps her to grow.
