Carlton Daycare and Preschool is truly an outstanding childcare center! The environment is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to encourage learning and creativity. The daycare’s culture stands out—it feels like a second home where children are genuinely cared for and supported. One of the highlights is their variety of excursions and incursions. These activities are not only fun but also educational, exposing the kids to new experiences and helping them explore the world around them in a safe, engaging way. The teachers are exceptional—dedicated, nurturing, and highly skilled. They take the time to understand each child’s needs and create a space where they can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention our child receives at Carlton Daycare and Preschool. Highly recommend it to any parent looking for a fantastic daycare!

The Little Cottage is a family owned boutique childcare and early learning centre in Carlton, catering for children aged 0–5 years. Originally owned and operated by our family in the 1990s, we are so happy to be back and begin this new chapter. The centre has been extensively renovated, offering warm and engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces, dedicated educational and preschool programs, and nutritious meals freshly prepared onsite each day. Conveniently located next to Carlton Public School with ample street parking, we are currently welcoming new enrolments and look forward to meeting new children and families.
