Very disappointing experience with Kidzone Family Day Care.<br>I am extremely unhappy with the way they handle payments. They force parents to pay the RedPay transfer fee, even though this fee is part of their own business costs and has nothing to do with families. It is unfair and unprofessional to push their operational expenses onto parents.<br><br>This practice shows a lack of transparency and respect for families who already pay high childcare fees. I hope they reconsider this policy and treat parents more fairly in the future.

Mariam has been absolutely amazing in taking care of my son before and after school. She is kind, caring, reliable, and always makes him feel safe and happy. It gives me great peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands while I’m at work.<br><br>She is professional, communicates well, and genuinely cares about the children she looks after. My son enjoys spending time with her, and I couldn’t ask for a better caregiver.<br><br>I highly recommend Mariam to any parent looking for trustworthy and compassionate before and after school care.
