My 17 month old attends Ros’s family daycare. Ros is a warm and experienced carer who has been amazing at working with us on making sure our son is looked after as he is at home. She is great at focusing on his cues and trying to work out how to adjust things to match his needs. She has a wide variety of toys and activities and a great outdoor area that keeps him busy and happy. We are really happy with the individualised care that he has received. Ros has also been very supportive and reassuring throughout the transition into care and is a great communicator. Thanks Ros!!

I have had two children with Ros for approximately 5 years or so. What makes Ros stand out is she carefully observes and assesses the children and updates what their interests and skills are and then tailors her service. She is very communicative. Her place is homely and has so many fasntastic and engaging toys! She has a backyard and will do sprinklers on hot days. Another thing I love and which stands her apart is she takes the children on excursions. To Bunnings, or play centres, she will meet other carers at playgrounds etc. It has been a wonderful experience.

Our son started attending daycare with Ros at 10 months old and we have watched him flourish in her care.
