The Learning Sanctuary in Brighton is fantastic. A brand new purpose built facility, with staff and educators that are focused on developing and delivering programs to help little ones minds grow. From the first day - our 3.5 yr old has been infinitely more engaged than his previous centre: - enjoying the expansive inside/outside spaces - loving the other facilities like the very thoughtful toddlers kitchen bench where they help the chef prepare and bake food - dedicated arts and crafts rooms - daily incursions from yoga teacher/musician etc to help nurture their creative skills Very happy we made the move - and look forward to to seeing the little one develop even further under amazing nurturing conditions
About The Learning Sanctuary Brighton Long Daycare and Kindergarten
Welcome to The Learning Sanctuary Brighton. We're ideally located for families in Brighton, Brighton East, Hampton, Caufield South, Bentleigh, Hampton East and Elwood area.
Our Long Daycare and Kindergarten Centre provides early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
At The Learning Sanctuary Brighton, we provide convenient, full care coverage from 9hr, 10hr or full days, 5 days per week, including school holidays.
Our longstanding, dedicated team of Teachers and Educators provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment - where your child can thrive, and be their wonderful self, every day.
Getting school ready? We offer the 3 and 4-year-old Government-approved program that helps ensure your child has a successful transition to formal schooling.
We offer a great variety of learning experiences at The Learning Sanctuary Brighton including.
• Sustainability Program: Helps children develop and understand the importance of embedding sustainable practices into everyday life.
• Community Engagement Program: Encourages children to interact with and discover their local community. We often have visits from local community librarians, local police, and other community services.
• Sports Program: Allows the children to be active and learn about different sports and movements.
• Music & Movement Program: Designed to develop fundamental skills that help support children’s self-regulation, memory, and concentration. Children learn to appreciate and develop an understanding of music - and have fun.
• Real life experiences: Children participate in fun and exciting experiences such as first aid training for children, art workshops, harvesting the veggie garden, caring for our worm farm and early cooking skills with our in house chef.
