My twins attend Thrive and they have literally thrived ever since starting. I am always greeted with a smile by all of the staff and they know my children's names even though they aren't in their rooms. A special mention about Mukta and Icy in nursery 1 - two amazing people that genuinely care about your children. They always go above and beyond as if the kids were their own. My daughter runs to the educators in this room with her arms open in the morning to hug them and say hello. Tom is also fantastic at his job. Always ensuring you and the kids are happy and listened to me when I was anxious at the start. I am impressed with their app that provides updates throughout the day and photos together with a breakdown of what the kids did in the day. Super happy here.

My child has been attending Thrive for nearly a year now and we have been so happy with the care he’s received. A special mention to the Nursery 2 team who go above and beyond every day in their intentional teaching and learning opportunities, I’ve never seen a centre go to the high level they have. I wish I could give 10 stars!. The service and car at this centre is second to none. They always provided outstanding dedicated care to our twin daughters during their time at this centre. We would always consider having our future children attend this centre. A special thanks to Tom (Director) who always keep us informed of any changes, always checked in to see if we had any questions or concerns, and contacted us at every opportunity to keep us informed about our girls needs/care. A further special thanks to Mukta (Room Leader) and Icy (Step-Up Room Leader) for your ongoing support, guidance and all the love and care provided to our girls each and every day. Danica and Narges you were absolutely phenomenal too - we always loved the chats, and we will miss you guys. We will miss the entire team at Thrive including the administration staff, and even other educators we came in contact with who always took time to say hello, have a chat and give our girls a cuddle. We’ve had a really positive experience at Thrive Coniston this year. The educators in Nursery Rooms 1 and 2 are exceptional — caring, experienced, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. They offer a program with a great variety of learning activities and experiences that keep the children engaged and growing. The longevity of some of the staff right through to the preschool rooms speaks volumes about the centre’s culture, and the management change in recent years has brought a noticeable lift in the centre - in curriculum development, daily routines, communication with families, opportunities to connect with other families at the centre (e.g. ABMT event, Mothers and Fathers Day celebrations, Easter Hat parades, etc). We really value the regular updates, especially during weather events or planned emergency evacuation procedures — the communication with families really is excellent. At this centre, the children can start in the nursery and continue right through to the preschool rooms, building familiarity and consistency through their early years in both the environment and the relationship with educators as they transition up each year. Parking is simple, with the drop off zone out the front, and plenty of visitor car spots in the adjacent car park. As a bonus, there’s a great cafe just around the corner of the same building – Fresh @ 5 Bridge St, or head up to the Coniston Bakery for a treat — both lovely options for a quiet moment after drop-off. Highly recommend Thrive Coniston to families!

Both my children go to Thrive daycare in Coniston and we couldn’t be happier with the service and support. The kids are so comfortable and feel safe with the teachers, the centre has great, clean facilities with a large outdoor playground and most importantly the communication from the staff has been exceptional.

We were very nervous to send our child to daycare but were offered a place at Thrive and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff are wonderful and seem to take a genuine interest in the children’s wellbeing and development. Our son loves going each day and has formed some lovely bonds with his educators and peers. The centre clearly values their staff and encourages their our professional development which has helped retain quality educators (and benefits the children too). Thrive is a wonderful centre that were very grateful to be a part of!
