I am very disappointed in this center. Firstly its very unprofessional because the reception lady is always away. Secondly we specifically asked if there is male in the centre, we were told no after our kids are enrolled we see the male owner what not working from upstairs 🙄. Our kids get bullied and hurt several times and this center staff fail to inform us or follow instructions of my kids meal or routine. Parents should be called on first instance with incident of if child is crying to go home, not grabbed hard and left crying. My son was grabbed hard and had marks on him because he wanted to come home and was crying instead of calling me or my wife he was traumatised. I also noticed this center was very hard to call as well to check ok kids no update was give for the first week. I definitely do not recommend we had bad experience for first time daycare centers hopefully we find some good ones in the area. Thanks

We feel extremely lucky to have our son attend KoC and be a part of the KoC community. As first time parents we didn’t really know what to expect from a Daycare Centre. From the first moment we entered the Centre we felt at ease where the educators were so welcoming, engaged and caring with the children. We love the small class sizes and the same familiar and friendly faces greeting our son everyday. We have never had any doubts that our son is in the best care and have so much trust and respect for the wonderful educators. One of the highlights of our day is seeing the pictures posted of our son with his friends and the educators showing all the activities they participate in during the day. We especially love all the special days and effort that the educators go to when facilitating these, complete with photos and keepsakes to take home. Our favourite is the painted photo frame complete with picture of our son. We also loved the Easter basket. Our son’s favourite days recently included the pirate dress up & donation day, the reptile and police visits. We also loved the Christmas & Mother’s Day celebrations at the centre where we are invited in to be a part of their day. It’s so lovely to see the educators interacting with the children. Meeting the parents of other children has been wonderful and especially great as nearly everyone is local. Our son loves bumping into his daycare buddies at local parks & playgrounds. Recently we were also so excited and impressed to see our son’s portfolio, documenting all these special memories as well as essential milestones. Again it is just testament to the educators that they somehow manage to compile all this while taking such good care of the children. We also love the food inclusion! With busy work schedules it has been a lifesaver and our son loves all the food & variety.

Where do I even start!?? The most amazing staff, incredible manager & beautiful centre. My son attended KoC for 3 years & we were so sad when it was his final day of attendance. I noticed such a change of postive character growth & real connections with the staff & other children when he was there. Thank you Rosemary & all your lovely staff members for being our second family for the years we attended. We miss you all ❤️

We cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding service provided by Kids on Clarence (KOC). Enrolling our child here has been one of the best decisions we have made. What an amazing centre. They do heaps of fun activities for the kids as well as having a fantastic learning approach. My daughter loves it there and is growing and learning so fast. I could not praise or recommend it enough! The staff and centre director are all wonderful, caring and understanding. Despite it being a quite big centre it certainly has a small, family feeling to it.
