Excellent Childcare! My son has developed so much in just a few months at this childcare. When he first started, he couldn’t speak English, but now he is doing very well and communicates confidently. The educators are patient, caring, and truly dedicated to helping children grow. I’m so grateful for the support they have given him. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Journey ELC Burwood to all parents. Our eldest daughter is almost ready to graduate and begin the next stage of her school life.. and she couldn't be better prepared thanks to the caring and professional staff and educators at Journey Burwood. From making many new friends, exploring and celebrating different cultures and learning through play and creative tasks, she has flourished in such a friendly and encouraging environment. We look forward to also enrolling our youngest daughter at Journey Burwood very soon!

Our son Galen is 4, full of energy and curiosity, and finding the right early learning environment for him hasn’t always been easy. From our very first visit to Journey, we could tell this place was different — warm, creative, and genuinely child-centred. The educators really take the time to get to know each child. They noticed what excites Galen — whether it’s building, exploring textures, or telling stories — and gently guided him to build confidence and independence through those interests. He comes home excited to share what he’s learned, which is such a joy to see. We also appreciate the communication with families. The team keeps us updated, not just with photos and summaries, but with meaningful insights into Galen’s development and social growth. It’s clear that they care deeply about helping children thrive both emotionally and intellectually. Overall, it has been such a positive part of Galen’s journey.

Journey takes extra care to incorporate all children in the activities. Children don't feel left out and they create a comfortable environment allowing the children to grow and discover new skills. Children are left wanting to be apart of the various activities and the educators know each child and cator to their specific needs.

Very disappointed, sunscreen bottle left on the floor my daughter had grabbed it and played with it some how she rubbed her eyes no stuff decided to wash her eyes and was left crying for 4 hours no one contacted me , I picked her up at 5 couldn’t open her eyes , eyes where red as a tomato not satisfied

I really recommend this childcare because all the staff are very supportive and helpful since the very beggining. My daughter have atended a year and a couple of months and she has been in 3 rooms acording with her age and development. All th educators that have been with her are very responsible, supportive and they care about each child. We will stay here for longer

Such a wonderful experience at Journey, our little one is so well loved and looked after by such beautiful educators, we couldn't be more happy. How lucky we are to have Journey in our community!

Prior to enrolling my child at Journey two years ago, I’ve done my fair share of tours on other daycare centres around the area. I attended their Open Day and within a heartbeat, decided to enrol my child at this centre. The centre has lots of natural light and plenty of room for children to explore or play. The rooms and common areas are always clean and tidy. The forefront ladies (Thalia, Heather and Daniella) are very friendly and helpful. The educators are also very approachable, accommodating and compassionate. Another thing that I appreciate about this centre is their low turnover rate on staff. This is an important factor as children (my kids at least) tends to feel safe and secure amongst familiar faces. Both my kids currently attends daycare here and I do not regret this decision at all. Journey ELC Burwood is a centre that I would highly recommend to parents.

Having recently moved to Journey from another centre in the area, we are absolutely thrilled with our decision and couldn't be happier. From the moment we enquired about enrolling, staff and management have been professional, caring, and always willing to help. The centre layout is very well thought out and makes the absolute best use of available space, including a fantastic outdoor play area with plenty of cover for rainy or hot days. We can't recommend this centre highly enough and it has been a real eye opener to see how a centre SHOULD be run.
