Wonderful consistent staff, amazing programs which keep children entertained, fantastic facilitators and incredible care given to each child. Couldn't be happier with Bambini!

The management team at Parkville Bambini Centre is incredibly supportive and helpful. As the Lead Educator in the Babies Room, I truly appreciate how we are always kept in ratio, and even on days when we are just right with staffing, Sonia and Najma still come onto the floor to assist us. Their presence and support make a real difference in our daily work and in the quality of care we provide.

Terrible management, they have given ECT designations to some even though they don't work in kinder rooms, just for visa. They constantly use under the roof ratio and on the app they put as though there is more staff or AD is there but actually they just sit in office. There's always 1 person for 5 babies in baby room, instead should be 4 and best practice is always for baby room there should be extra staff. They're condescending and rude and just care about making profit. Terrible management, teachers still very sweet and hard working.

Enrolled my son in the start of 2025 and loved it ever since. The educators here including admins and the chef are all very attentive to children of all ages, friendly and amazing individuals. They are super patient and calm! The chef makes amazing meals for the kids too! I don't know how they do it (with so many kids!) but they do what they do best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My son picked up many life skills (decision making, creative, sun safety, be responsible and independent, making friends, questions everythingthat sparks his curiosity) and enjoys going to "school" daily. Wakes up wanting to go to school on weekends and when we're on holidays too! 😅 A Happy kid = happy parents! 🙂 So far, it has been the best decision to enrol him here!

Bambini Early Learning Centre in Parkville truly stands out, largely due to the exceptional leadership of Centre Manager Sonia. Under her guidance, the centre has become a wonderful environment where passionate and dedicated staff care for the children as if they were their own. The team consistently maintains a professional and welcoming presence. The educators are deeply involved with the children, actively engaging in activities rather than merely supervising. Daily fun moments like dancing and singing fill the centre with joy. Monthly activity plans created by room leaders are thoughtfully displayed for both parents and children to enjoy. What truly sets Bambini apart is the genuine love and care infused into every aspect of the centre. From the smallest details to the larger experiences, everything is thoughtfully designed with the children’s wellbeing at heart. A special shoutout goes to the chef Emily, whose delicious meals make every day feel like a special dining experience for the kids. Bambini Early Learning Centre is much more than just a childcare facility - it’s a nurturing, vibrant community where children flourish and families feel fully supported. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for the very best for their child.

Love it here! The staff are so incredibly caring & dedicated, they feel like extended family! The food's awesome too, and I love all the daily updates on the app.

Nice, bright, big, clean organised rooms. Staff are great - communication, care and activities they provide are amazing. Would highly recommend if you're looking for childcare around the area.
