I am a Family Day Care Educator for the past 22 years.

I am a caring, dedicated, and nurturing educator who goes above and beyond to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for every child in my care.

I take the time to understand each child’s unique personality, interests, strengths, and individual needs, ensuring every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged. I genuinely care for the children as if they were my own, building strong relationships based on trust, respect, and kindness.

One of my strengths is my ability to recognise each child’s abilities and provide encouragement where they need extra support. I create meaningful learning experiences that keep children engaged, curious, and excited to explore new things. My creative activities are a highlight, with children enjoying a wide range of experiences including painting, craft, glitter activities, gluing, and creating imaginative projects using everyday materials such as cardboard.

I also believes in connecting with families and understanding what is important in each child’s life. I take the time to listen to parents and incorporate children’s home experiences into their learning, whether it is celebrating birthdays, welcoming family members, or discussing important changes happening at home.

I help children understand and adapt to life changes, such as welcoming a new sibling. Through thoughtful conversations and activities, also help children develop empathy, confidence, and a better understanding of family relationships.

I teach important values such as kindness, respect, sharing, and caring for others.

I provide much more than supervision — she creates a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, express themselves, and build confidence. My commitment, creativity, and genuine love for children make me an exceptional educator who families can trust.
