I had such an incredible experience touring this childcare center with Sara. From the moment we walked through the door, she made us feel completely welcome, comfortable, and at ease.<br>Her tour was exceptionally thorough and thoughtful. She took the time to walk us through every single room, explain the daily routines, safety protocols, and learning programs, and she answered every question we had with so much patience and honesty. We never felt rushed for a single second.<br>What stood out most, though, was Sara’s genuine passion for early childhood care. You can immediately tell how deeply she cares about the children, the educators, and the families here. Her warmth, leadership, and attentiveness bring such a positive, secure energy to the entire center. It is rare to find a manager who is so hands-on, professional, and truly invested in what she does. I cannot recommend Sara and this wonderful center highly enough!

You can tell the team truly cares, and we would highly recommend coming in for a tour!

A beautiful childcare centre and such an awesome addition to Mernda. The educators are fantastic, really caring and the centre has a really warm and welcoming family feel to it. A must see for any parent looking for childcare in the area.

Can't speak highly enough of what we have experienced so far. As soon as you walk in you feel the difference.<br>The rooms are absolutely outstanding and that dedicated arts and crafts...we now need one at home!<br>We'd like to personally thank Rosie for the time she took in showing us through and explaining everything so thoroughly, no other centre even came close to that experience and our little one has never enjoyed her time at a childcare until she's come here.

Genuine educators, they care for the children like their own family - trustworthy and approachable.<br><br>Couldn’t be happier with my little one telling me all about their day and genuinely happy and excited for the next day ahead ! Caring staff and a very clean, new facility. Best for families who have children new to childcare for a slow start and a clean environment. Maria is amazing with the babies, she brings compassion for parents who worry about leaving their children for the first time.

Staff couldn't be more accommodating, friendly and helpful. Wish we had of found North Star earlier!
