Our family is so happy with this centre. All the staff are so kind and caring, they really make my child feel at home. She’s absolutely blossomed since being there, and it’s been so lovely to see. I genuinely don’t have a single bad thing to say 💛 Highly recommend!

We love Ascolta Greenwood and if I could give it a million starts I would, it is really such a fantastic fit for our family. My son was not at all happy about being left at daycare he would cry which broke my heart so what should have been 3 orientations turned into about 15 at least! He loved it once I stayed in the room but of course that was defeating the purpose, he would cry his heart out when I would leave the room to the point that I would go straight back in there and pick him up. The staff where amazingly patient with our transition. Their kindness and compassion was really unbelievable. Moving on to when he was happy to be left, well what can I say other than WOW, he has the best time! It took him a bit of time to come out of his shell and make friends, he would hang back and not involve himself in the activities etc but the staff just let him do his thing while getting him to engage without him even realising it! He loves his little friends that he has made, they have great fun and he is only just turned 2 and he can count up to 10 and his speech is now amazing! He can express himself very well now. I love the updates on the app and I love the photos that they share throughout the day. The food given to the kids is great, I reckon my boy eats way more there than he does at home! The staff are great, I have great respect for them all, they are friendly, happy, and engaging and they get to know the parents name's and they love the kids. The centre is new so it is fabulous, you can tell a lot of money was invested into the building and the business, all the toys are educational and in great condition. The Centre Director Emma is extremely experienced, organising special occasions for all big dates, like Mothers Day afternoon tea, Fathers Day etc. And at Christmas there was a big family afternoon party with food and activities and each child got a wrapped gift, it was so cute!!! There has been only small staff changes in the twelve months of us engaging with Ascolta Greenwood so to me that speaks volumes! Of course the cost is painful but that is the government fault in my opinion, parents are expected to work like they don't have kids while also expected to have kids like they don't work.

If I could give Ascolta Early Learning and Care thousands of stars, I absolutely would. My son has been attending the Greenwood centre for 17 months, since he was just 9 months old, and the care he receives is beyond anything I ever imagined. As a first time mum who had to return to work much earlier than planned, entrusting my child’s care to others was incredibly daunting. From day one, every educator has shown such genuine kindness, compassion and dedication. There is not a single thing I could fault about the educators or staff at the Greenwood centre. We are constantly updated throughout the day with photos and information about our child’s activities, learning and development. The communication is outstanding, and it gives us so much reassurance knowing exactly how his day is going and how he is progressing. The centre always keeps families informed about new programs and what the children are learning. The meals provided are amazing, and the special programs offered, such as Happy Feet, are fantastic. My son absolutely loves them. The centre also puts so much thought into celebrating special days and is incredibly inclusive of all cultures and backgrounds, which we truly value. Ascolta is genuinely a child and family first daycare. We feel incredibly blessed and grateful to know our son is in such safe, nurturing hands every day.

As an Early Childhood Educator and Mother of 2, I have been so impressed with Ascolta Greenwood. Ascolta truly put the children and families first. There is a deep focus on creating a welcoming, nurturing environment for children to learn and thrive. The Teachers at Greenwood are incredible. They are gentle, warm and experienced early years professionals who are child focused. They work closely with families (like mine) to support children as they grow and learn all about themselves and the world around them. One of the things that has surprised me the most has been their unique approach to infant sleep spaces. Initially, I held reservations when learning about their open cot design, however after a week and a bit, my 8 month old was falling asleep without any trouble at all (this is a baby who would only fall asleep in a darkened room with white noise at home). The Teachers make the room so relaxing with natural light and calming meditation sounds and knowing that someone has eyes and ears on my baby at all times while she sleeps is so reassuring. My girls love going to Ascolta :-)
